Chapter 5

Taylor's POV:

I do my hair first, and as I start doing my makeup, someone knocks.
"Come in." I say.
Jack opens the door. "I just wanted to make sure you weren't changing."
"Where's Lauren?" I ask while putting concealer on.
"She just left. So, are you nervous for your date?" He says and nudges me.
"Well duh, is Daniel?" I respond eagerly and turn towards Jack.
"You wouldn't believe. He's being so annoying." Jack sighs and I start laughing at his response.
"Well I'll let you do that. Daniel is ready so just thought you should know."
"Ok thanks." I say and Jack leaves.
Daniel is ready?!?
I start quickly doing my makeup and then I change.
I grab my purse, and put my phone in my pocket then walk downstairs.
Daniel is sitting at the counter and one of the boys coughs so he looks up.

Daniel's POV:

I'm waiting for Taylor, so I go on my phone.
I hear one of the boys cough and I look up.
Taylor is coming down the stairs, and she looks beautiful. Like always.
I look over and Zach and he nods.
I walk up to Taylor. "You look amazing." I say.
"You don't look too bad yourself."
We both laugh and I hold out my hand, she takes it and we walk out, the boys cheering as we get in the car.
"Where are we going?" She asks me.

Taylor's POV:

"It's a surprise." He responds.
We drive for a little and pull up to a rollerskating rink.
"Oh my gosh."
"What?" He asks, worried.
"I haven't been to one of these in so long, it looks so fun!" I quickly get out of the car and run to the place.
Daniel is laugh and me and I pretend to pout.
"What's so funny?" I ask and he continues laughing.
"You're so cute." He answers, and I blush.
We get our skates and roll around for a little, laughing and talking. It was a lot of fun.
"And now, couples skate." A voice says throughout the entire room.
The lights dim and the song changes.
Daniel looks at me, and I look at him. He hold his hand out, and I take it.
There were some other couples, but I was only focused on Daniel.
"I'm having a lot of fun." I say and he smiles.
"That's the plan."
"And skating is over, everyone have a good night and don't forget anything on the way out."
We turn in our shoes and walk to the car hand in hand.
"Thank you." I say before getting in.
We sit in the car and he starts driving, but not towards the house.
"Where are you going?"
"The night isn't over yet, Taylor Herron."
I laugh a little and look out the window.
Maybe Taylor Seavey one day.
"What?" He questions.
I look at him, and my eyes get big. "Did I say that out loud?"
He nods, keeping his eyes on the road.
I feel my cheeks turn bright red and he smiles.
We arrive, somewhere.
We get out of the car and we are up high, I can see all of LA.
Daniel lays a blanket out on the ground in front of the car, and sets some food out.
We sit down and watch the sunset, while eating a few snacks.
I rest my head on his shoulder and admire the time I have with him, before I have to leave in a couple weeks.
I came here to spend time with my brother, but this ended up happening. 
The sun is almost down, and the sky is purple, pink, orange, etc. It was beautiful.
I start shivering, because it was starting to get cold.
He looks at me, and takes off his jacket, putting it around me shoulders.
Then he pulls me close and holds me.
I close my eyes for a second.
"Taylor?" He says and I open my eyes.
"Yeah."
"You know what you said in the car?"
I turn red again, "Yeah."
"One day."
I look up at him and he smiles, then kisses me.
I feel a rush go through my body, and I kiss back.
We pull away and I smile.
Then, turn back towards the sunset.
This night was going well.
A little bit after, we decide to go back to the house.
We pull up and before I get out, Daniel says, "Taylor."
I turn my head and he kisses me.
I feel the same rush and kiss back.
This time, we kiss for a lot longer.
We walk up to the door and go inside, the boys are asleep on the couch so we decide to go to bed.
"I'll be upstairs in a second." Daniel says and I nod.
I go upstairs and change, and get ready for bed.
I still sleep on the air mattress because Zach would kill me.
I lay in bed and fall asleep, thinking about Daniel again.

Daniel's POV:

I knew the boys, and they wouldn't be asleep at 11:00.
When Taylor goes upstairs, they all sit up and I walk over to them.
"So, how did it go?" Jack asks.
"Good. We had a really fun time."
"Did you guys..." Jonah sticks his tongue out.
Zach punches him in the shoulder. "Dude! That's my sister!" He whisper yells and gets up, plugging his ears.
He walks over to the fridge in the kitchen and I lean in closer to the rest of the boys.
"We made out twice." I say.
The boys nod.
"Nice." Jonah adds.
Zach returns with water. "I'll ask her about it tomorrow."
"Well, I'm gonna hit the hay." I say and start walking to the stairs.
"Me too." Jack adds, following me.
"Me three." Corbyn continues.
"Wanna watch a movie?" Zach asks Jonah.
"Sure, why not." Jonah responds.
Jack and I walk up the stairs.
"We should go on a double date sometime. You, Taylor, Lauren and I!" Jack suggests.
"Yeah, sure."
We walk into the room and Taylor is sound asleep.
She's beautiful.

Ok I know I haven't updated in weeks and I'm so sorry!
I've been super busy.
But I will try to update more often.
I update a lot on my story, "Falling In Love With Jack Avery"
But I will be more active on here!!
