" you may see misses Middleton now", the nurse says. I try to keep the excitement of seeing Jemma again within me. But once we're in her room, all the happiness fades. I read the little sign at the end of her bed. " early birth via Caesarian section". Tears start streaming down my face. If this keeps going, my wife will end up with no intestine whatsoever.
