Ch. 3 BEN Drowned

Harry's POV:

"Uhhhhg if this is the house I rented then lord help my." I walk up to this rugged house that looks like it's a million years old. "207 S. Forest, yep this is it..... This is going to be a long vaca." I mumble to myself.

I walk inside and see that it at least have plug ins. "Good."

-- 1 hour time laps --

I take out my game consul and I take out Majoras Mask. I plug the consul in and put the game in the slot.

The screen turned black and froze. I reset it about 10 times until the game came on. There was a file that said "BEN". Hm must've been the previous owner. "Wow he got to the last level but never finished. I'll do it for him I guess." I click on the file and while the game loads I hear a faint but audible "you shouldn't have done that sony boy" Well, that was creepy but the games on. I look around at the setting and my character, the setting is in the forest I was renting and Link looked normal but he had blood all over him and his eyes were black with red pupils. Also his eyes were dripping blood. "Ok?? maybe a glitch"

--2 hour time laps--

I finally finish the level after burning to death or drowning about 59 times.

It's 2:59 AM. I think I may need to go to bed. "Oh no it's almost the haunting hour. I hope I don't get killed!!!" I shout because I've heard that if you stay up until 3 AM your gonna die because the dead come to life. Also the legends rise from the ground. Ha not.

I slip off my pants and short so that I'm just in my boxers and get into the bed. Then I hear footsteps. Soft then louder and louder and louder. The steps stop at the door. I close my eyes. I hear a knock, then footsteps in my room, then I open my eyes, nothing. Nothing at all. I open my phone and use the light to look around. As I was about to turn the light towards the door the light burns out. "How does a phone light burn out so soon?!?!?!?!?!!?" I say aloud.

Then the game, the game I just played can on the TV and my phone. The "BEN" file opened automatically and Link's face came onto TV and scary music came from my phone. He said "Thanks for letting me out but now that you know that I'm real, you must die."

Then I can feel cold, cold hands wrapping themselves around my neck, making it harder and harder to breath. "NO......ST......O......P.......PLE......AS......EEee.." I then died to the laughter of the one and only BEN Drowned.

His death:

"Hey let me go!!!!" Ben exclaimed. "Ha not until you pay." said Ky. "What did I ever do to you?!?!?!" "Nothing, I just need to do something. I only do this to geeks."

He, Ben Cane, really was a geek. He loved Legend of Zelda. If he could become the game he would be happy, finally. This game was his only love. His family either hated him or never cared what he did so he was only on his own in this crazy world.

Ky took a swing at Ben. Got him straight in the nose. Tried again, got Ben in the mouth. Next Ky got Ben in the gut about 5 times. "Ok, I'll save some for next time. Meet me in the alley next to my family's bar or else." Ky stated. All Ben could do was nod.
