Your POV

I grin as earth comes into view. Everyone cheered and the gems in the back, continued to bombard Steven and Lars with questions like 'what is it like?' or 'what types of gems are there?' it made me glad that I was driving this thing.  Then something comes into my mind. "Hey Steven?" I say and he hums in response and looked back at me "can you come here please?" I ask and he exsused himself from the others. He went towards me and have a signature grin "what's up?" He says happily. "Um....not to ruin your mood or anything.... but.....did...did you..." I sigh and shake my head. I mean, I wouldn't be mad if he did tell the crystal gems. After all I did. " I understand and no. I didn't tell them. But they will find our eventually. So I decided that you could. I don't want to be mean but it's not my intention to tattle on anyone. So no. I didn't. " He says "besides. I don't go throwing friends under the bus. " He smiled. He gave me a hug which I returned. He smiled as he sat on the floor. "Aren't you going to go back with he others?" I ask and he smiled up at me. "Nope, I'd rather be here with you" his face heated up after a few seconds ", t-to keep you c-company" he quickly adds 'nice save steveman' I thought to myself, smiling.

We finally Arrived in beach city and I made the ship land next to the barn. We came out and the gems all gasped and started rambling about how beautiful the earth was. Since this ship didn't go as fast as the ship that sent us here, it was in total a ten hour trip. I look at Lars "how long has it been?" He asks. "About a week, most of the time, we've been passed out due to the Impact. " I say and Steven nods "Alright, you guys, please stay here. We'll go find the other gems and drop Lars off" Steven says. They all nod in understanding and went back to doing whatever. It was a little funny. It almost reminded me of how I acted

~flash back~

I finally landed on earth. I look around out of my pod, to see nothing but.....tall things and green stuff at my feet. I took another step out of my pod. It smelled so......what's the word?... organic! That's it. The sun beemed down with great force. I looked around some more. Everything was so different than I had imagined it. At first I thought it would be plain and grey. But what I saw was the total opposite. It was full of different colours and sneeks it almost made me feel....... happy. I let out a sigh, might as well find something to do. I just hope I don't run into any humans. Those things are a huge waste of time and breath. I huff at just the idea of them. I walked around. Taking in my surroundings. And of course, I find a good place to make a shelter of a sort. Mostly since I don't know if anything could hurt me there and even though I'm a diamond and I can probably eliminate any target that stood in my way but I still didn't like the idea of being poofed.

~end of flashback~

I chuckled at the memories. how stupid I was made me smile. It is a good experience to see something new.

We even reached lars' house and Lars Shakily knocks on the door. I don't blame him. He must be really nervous about their reactions. They door came open to reveal the red puffy eyes of Lars' parents and Sadie's. They gasp and hug him. I could also see that Lars had tears form as well. Me and Steven Smiled at eachother. For a second I got lost in his eyes. The way his hair looked. He looked like he went through a war. And I did too. But hey, one more thing to make us look cooler. He motioned with his head to slowly leavand we quietly turned around and tiptoed away. "Where do you think you both are going?" We were stopped as Lars' mother and Sadie spoke up. Lars and his fauther opened up their arms and pulled me and Steven into a tight hug.

The hug lasted a few good minutes, most of the time Lars' parents were thanking us tremendously and each second, I had to squeeze a 'you're welcome' in between their thank yous. "We couldn't just leave him behind" I say Smiling "well, you better come over sometime later so we can give you both a grand feast to celebrate and for our gratitude" Lars' mother says and it made me and Steven giggle a little.

Once you all said your goodbyes, me and Steven headed back towards the temple. It was silent along the way and no one dared to speak up. So I decided to break the silence. "What do you think the others are doing?do you think they missed you?" I ask and Steven looks up at me. "Um....I don't know. I'm pretty sure they'll be happy. And I know they won't have just missed me. Y/n, you are basically part of our little family and their is nothing you you can do about it weather you like it or not." He says I smile at that. "Thank you" I say and he hummed in response. I started to think to myself. A.... family?. I like that. A lot.

Once we reach the temple, Steven  was hesitant to open the door. I put a hand on his shoulder and nod Smiling at him. He gave me one in return and nodded and he opened the door....to find the gems sitting on the couch with Connie. Me and Steven snuck so we were in front of them. "Ok, we've gotten all the supplies. We can break them out. Everyone ready?" Pear says. "We're ready" I say Chuckling gently. "Hang on, y/n. We're trying to hel-" she was cut off a d Everyone has look of shock on their face. They all ran up and hugged me and Steven. "H-HOW did you two get out?!?!" Garnet asked. It shocked you a little because she always seemed to be calm. "Ste-" Steven cut me off "Y/n saved us" he says

Oh my gosh. How? How?! How does this book have so many veiws. *Clears throat* Either way, um while the chapters are being published, ima go have a heart attack in my little dark corner. Thank you.
