"sophia what are you talking about you know nathan is a better character than lucas." toddy's sister and i were sitting on their couch, watching one tree hill and shoving our faces with candy and popcorn. "i can't even claim you if you like lucas."
"he's cute! look at him, he's all broody. nathan is just annoying." sophia shot back, keeping her eyes on the tv show.
toddy joined us in the living room, sitting down next to me. "why are you always watching this show brinley?" he put his arm on the back of the couch, behind me.
"because nathan scott is such a man and this is the life i've always wanted to live." i leaned into toddy, wrapping the blanket over my body. i pulled sophia into both of us.
sophia rolled onto her side, wrapping an arm around my stomach. "brinley, you're literally living the life. you grew up in los angeles with the richest and good family. look at your friends now, i mean you could do better than toddy but at least that means you have me around." she laughed, looking up at me slightly.
"yeah you're pretty spot on with the whole toddy thing." i teased, looking up at toddy then back down at sophia. i ran my fingers through her hair. "why don't you come down to la more often? you're the closest thing i have to a little sister and i don't have anyone to spoil. the only person i can spoil is david, he's like a little girl." i laughed.
"i know have you seen his hair!" sophia laughed again and toddy laughed along with us. "toddy never lets me come down, he thinks i won't fit in with the group."
toddy reached over and poked his little sister's side. "you're sixteen of course you're not going to fit in. you've seen some of the vlogs."
"mhmm yeah sure i've seen the vlogs, i think i've only watched brinley's. she's more successful than you." sophia sat up a little and smirked at toddy.
