Chapter 10

Kai's POV:

I woke up to Hyoyeon waking me up. "Let's go to school." She gently said. I got up and caressed her face.

"You're staying by my side, got it? Don't leave anywhere without me coming with you." I warned and she nodded.

"What if I need to use the bathroom?..." She asked as she looked down, I chuckled and held her chin.

"Tell me so I go wait for you." I said and she nodded, biting her bottom lip.

"Don't do that." I said and she tilted her head to the side, confused. Ugh, things she does to me.

"Do what?" She asked, clueless. I groaned and laid my head on her shoulder.

"Bite your lip. Don't." I said in a low voice and she giggled while nodding. She was surprised when I carried her to the bathroom.

We did our normal routine and when we were done, we headed towards the closet. She grabbed her uniform and changed somewhere else.

I waited for her on the bed to help me with the tie. I haven't wore it to school because I hated them but today I wanted to.

She came out and smiled as she finished the last button of her shirt, "You need help?" She asked gently and I nodded.

She walked towards me and I stood up. I noticed her holding her laugh at my fail attempt to do the tie.

"At least you tried." She muttered as she redo it. I shrugged my shoulders and she chuckled as she finished the tie.

We hear a ringtone and it was her phone. She walked to check who it was and she sighed. I went to her and back hugged her.

"What's wrong?" I asked in a sweet but worried voice. She showed me the text she received from Jessica.

"From: GorJess😍

Ummmm... there's a news bout u almost losin ur v.card, is that true?"

I sighed and she bit her bottom lip, "I'm scared to go to school now." She said and I pecked her cheek.

"Do you want to stay?" I asked and she shook her head. I nodded, understanding. I didn't want to argue with her about her choice.

"Let's go?" She asked and I nodded, taking both of our backpacks. She followed me to the car and I got in.

I drove and she was playing with her fingers. I put my right hand on top of hers and gave it an assuring squeeze.

We reached the school and I parked in my usual parking space. "Wait, stay." I told Hyoyeon as she was about to open the door.

I opened it for her and she chuckled, "Thanks." Nodding, I held her close. People were staring and started whispering.

"My baby!" Taeyeon Noona said as she ran to her. She cried into Hyoyeon's arms and started checking on her.

"Are you okay? Did you get hurt? I'm so going to kick his balls when I see him." She said, angrily as she pulled Hyoyeon into another hug.

Hyoyeon broke into tears because of that emotional shortie. "By the way....." She said as she continued but whispered into Hyoyeon's ears.

"Omo, for real? But I'm fine, don't you worry about me anymore. Eww, I'm crying!" She said as she laughed with Taeyeon Noona.

"Daddy!" I heard a familiar voice yell. I turned back and there's Baekhyun Hyung running towards me.

I groaned as he hugged me, "Okay, hello to me too then!" He said as he broke the hug. Then, he pecked Taeyeon Noona's cheek.

"Baek, I already told Hyo." Taeyeon Noona said as she smiled at her. Baekhyun Hyung nodded and smirked at me.
