creeping,
stalking,
mauling,
clawing,
the thought of you has my skin crawling,
people say its all in my head,
but I've seen you under my bed!
you lurk in the shadows
as i walk home at night
i make sure i step in the light.
your in the eyes of my greatest struggle
a little something called life.
you fill my dreams at night
putting my mind into a paralyzing fright.
all through the day i see you
why is it that no one else can?
i get home and look at my reflection
always the last place i look
i see you there looking back at me
you take the shape of thee,
but your eyes cannot lie to me
there filled with hatred and blood lust,
intimidation and amusement
confidence and sure-ness.
Yet I see something,
Something in that smirk you wear plastered on your face.
The face that looks exactly like me.
Yes I can see,
The demon side of...
Me?
It makes since now.
It shouts clear and loud.
I am the monster,
Now,
And forever will be.
