The best trip ever// why don't we fanfic

Part 3: Hello Punta Cana🏝

Quinn's POV
I wake up with someone tugging at my arm. "Q wake up" they say." I open my eyes to see my mom smiling above me. "We are here sweetie." I get up and see that most of the passengers are getting off.
We eventually get off and boy is it hot. We meet with the other people and head into the airport. There is a long line waiting for check in, fortunately a kind lady let us skip to the front because we had a large group.
When we all checked in we went to retrieve our suitcases. After that was done we went outside to rent a limo to take us to the resort we were staying at. The resort we were going to was called the Royalton. From what I saw on the website there are 2 pools and a huge ocean spot!
When we get the limo we all headed in and made our way to the resort.
It took us 1 hour to get there to the resort so we arrived at approximately 3:30 pm. When we pulled up to the resort I couldn't help but see how beautiful it was. I've never seen anything so nice. We got out of the limo and went to check in at the front desk. We were greeted by ladies with cold towels and lemonade. All the kids sat around a table drinking our lemonade as the parents got our rooms.
When we were sitting I couldn't help but notice these 5 guys ordering stuff at the bar. I was staring at them for so long a forgot I actually was staring at them until one of them turned around and we made eye contact. He smiled and pointed me out to his friends. I turned away fast feeling embarrassed. I looked back up again to see that they were gone.
Soon my mom came over with the room keys. We got 2 rooms, 1 for me, Lana and mom and 1 for Cal and Noel. We grabbed our suitcases and headed to our hotel.

Time skip: finished unpacking
It took us 30 minutes to unpack and put on a bathing suit. We all decided to walk around and check out the resort before going out for dinner. We all left the rooms and met at the lobby. The resort was so big and cool! You could literally get lost in the place and wouldn't mind because everywhere you go there's always something to do! After a bit me and Klai decided to drift from the group and check out the beach on our own. There were so many people on the beach it was crazy. After walking across a lot of the beach we headed back to our rooms to get ready at dinner.

Time skip: Dinner
For dinner we decided to go to this new buffet they just built. I personally love buffets. Anything you can eat! Anyways we got a table and headed to the buffet to get our food. I went straight the pasta bar (which is my favourite thing about buffets ever) and got some penne pasta with meat sauce (yum). When the guy hands me the plate I quickly turn around when I almost bump into someone. I look up and see it's the kid from the bar. He's smiling at me. Tbh he's really cute but before I can continue to look at him I run away.
As I'm sitting down and eating I'm realizing how weird I looked with both the contact I've had with the kid. But I'll probably never see him again so it doesn't matter. I eat all my pasta up and we all head back to the rooms to sleep and prepare us for tomorrow.
