The Field triple (5)

Once there was a kid who had a gift. But no one could know what it was. If people knew, her would be called a freak. No one likes being called that. It all started when he went on a school field trip to a factory. It was an odd place with rusted fence surrounding the area. We all got off the bus and looked at the old thing.

"What do you think this old chemical plant do back in the day kids?" The teacher asked. "Oy use to power the world. We have no use for it now because we have power crystals to do anything for us now." Alex said. "That's right, good job Alex! Without those crystals we wouldn't be able to live the we are right now. OK class let go in and see what the facility once did. (Now off days the factory is a museum piece) "Wow this seems so amazing!" Sara exclaimed.

"OK now we are going to go in groups of three. Follow my instructors and don't touch anything. We don't know if anything in this place is still active. It could effect you or you could turn to mush. It did to one guy...poor Jeff. He was a good mate. Since there is a group of the twenty-four, let's split into three groups of eight. Once we are all done we will meet up at the lunch hall. Then for a special surprise we will go to the secret room. OK then on with the tour." The field guild explained.

Everyone was so excited including me. This place are amazing! I wonder how this place ran back in the good old days. Oh oh yeah my name is Zack. I'm 5'8" and have black hair with a white shirt, blue jeans and a sweatshirt around my waist.

(Time Skip)

After lunch we were called all tougher to see the special room. "I can't wait to see what inside!" As we enter the room their was a green light throughout the hallways. For some reason I got a bad feeling about this. Like something wasn't right, but I couldn't put my tongue on it. "Now if you look here to your left you can see the green slim that was part of this factory. This slim helped it worked back in the day. As years passed this stuff doesn't dry out or could be dissolved. This stuff ran through a special piping system and pumped through the factory to make it run." The guide announced. "Cool!" Amanda exclaimed. "You can all look around and remember don't touch anything." Replayed the guild.

Zack's POV

The guild left us too wonder around and see what we thought was interesting. There was nothing much to look at, only a few barrels of oil and a couple of old blueprints of the facility. There was an old diagraph that peaked my interest. It was hidden in the back of a few barrels. A whiteboard with schematic showing what this build was and how it worked. I got this wears feeling that something wasn't right here.

(All of a sudden a green gas filled the room)

"What area they doing? Is this suppose to happen?" Alex said cornered.

It didn't look right but then I turn to Amanda and she is coughing a lot! I look around and see everyone else coughing. For some reason I'm not effected that odd? Then I look around and some of my school mates are Turing into these green slime creatures.

"What's happening to us!?! What is this slim?!! Someone help us!!! Please help US!!! PlEaSSSe hElP uuss.."Amanda said.

Most of the class was a slim creature. Only a couple of my friends were transforming slowly. It didn't effect Alex and Amanda that fast. I don't know what's going on, this defenately wasn't part of the tour! I try to find a way out or and exit but there was no luck. At the end of the hallway I found a pipe that was leaking something. I didn't get out in time and it spattered. It got all over me and felt like hot acid burning me. The pain went away but then I go to look at the damage on my body but I wasn't effect instead I was glowing??? Or what I think what seem like a glowing from my body. How could this happen?

As the chemical formed in him his body matrix started to change.
Then out of no wear a red suite and black boots with a green run on the top. Wife gloved covered the hands and a green mask to hide his identity.

This power what is it. It serged through my body and for once I felt better than I ever did in my whole life! I think I'm a super hero..if that's what you call them back in the day? Then everything started to make sense to me. I need to save my friends but first we will need an exit. As I raised my left hand I felt this strong build of pressure and with two finger I I pointed at the wall and thought of letting it go through my fingers. It hit the wall and made the perfect exit. My mask had a cool ability it showed me how much my class mater were converted into slime creatures. Alex and Amanda are in the half way of being converted some of the other are at full converted. With my right hand I feel a burst of energy wanting to escape. As I raise my right hand a forcefield forms and as the energy is released it grows and heals my class mates back into humans. Sadly half of the class doesn't make it. Everyone was in a panic to get out of the building. Out of command my arms spread out and a field surrounded my class mates we were able to fly out of the building and all the way to the bus. Surprisingly the teacher was waiting for us!? I told them to leave the area because of the creature gets out who know what kind of damage they could do. Then a big crash came from the factory. I look back and it was starting to fall apart. I went back to look for the factory workers or anyone who is stuck. I couldn't find anyone in the building except the  slime creatures. "That's odd? We got invited to this factory but no one is here anymore? How were they able to get eveacuted the building that fast? Was this planed?" Zack pondered." I got to get out here!!!" Zack yelled.

( The building started to give way)

Zack was a great distant away when it exploded. The ground underneath couldn't take the force and swallowed up thew building. There was no trace of the factory any wear.

(Zack's thoughts)

At least my friends and half of the class is ok. I wish I could have saved the others. But what was that? How was I able to turn into this? What made me emuned to the toxic gas? Also how was my friends able to service that long with out being full converted? So many questions, this is just getting more confusing. I Wonderer how I turn back to normal. At that instant he turned back. " wow I just had to think of being myself and I'm back to normal. Well I'm not normal anymore. I don't know what I am now?!? And I don't think this was a normal field trip. I think this was suppose to be a trap." Zack concluded.
