Trapped in reality

I slowly made my way to the classroom avoiding his look and his presence, I must ignore the fact he knows my true self and what I do for living. The first lesson was maths and the only thing I could think of was his emerald eyes and the way he looks so vulnerable to the world ! stop thinking Emily I quickly said to myself. I tried my hardest to focus on the lesson and to correctly do the exercises but only his image were present on my mind. I hear the alarm going off which means its break time and I will have 20 minutes before English lesson. I made my way to my group of friends which are not in the same classes as me. I am currently doing music studies level 3, since the amount of people wanting to do music studies was really high this year they divided the year into two small groups and I am on the group number 1. Most of my friends are doing sports and travel and tourism but I love music, you must be wondering why am I having maths lessons if I am doing music ? I wanted to do it so I can upgrade my garde to a A and hopefully make it to uni.

I quickly finished the apple juice I was drinking and said goodbye to my friends promising them I would have lunch with them.

The English lesson was as boring as I thought it would be and I couldn't keep myself focused on the words that Mr smith was saying. the alarm went off once again announcing the lunch time and I quickly grabbed my phone and dialed Simons number

"hey" - I said to him over the phone

"we are at the lunch zone " he said and even though I was not seeing him I knew he was smiling, simon has been my best friend since nursery and there was even this time he had a crush on me, I couldn't believe, seriously simon is really good looking guy and he can get any girl he wants he is currently dating jess and I envy jess because she is a lot prettier than I but at same time I am glad they are dating.

I picked up my pace and made my way to the lunch zone and I spotted my friends we had a short talk about first day at college and the lessons and we decided to go to Simon's after college for a movie night. I waved goodbye to them and start making my way to the auditorium which is where I will be having my next lesson, in this lesson both of the groups have lessons together, today is a singing lesson which unfortunately is not my strong point, I prefer piano or the guitar.

"I am late" I said between heavy gasps of air that where leaving my mouth.

I sprinted down to the auditorium and apologised saying that I go lost on the way. Mrs Johnson nodded and smiled letting me pass to sit on the chair besides a tall boy with dark hair, he must belong to the other group because I have never seen him here.

As I turn my head down to look at the stage my eyes spot a person sat on the piano and I start shaking, its him...
