You and your 2 year boyfriend Justin Foley, were on your way to Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital so he could meet your twin brother Alex Karev. When you had arrived to the front of the hospital you could tell he was nervous. "Hey, hey baby it's gonna be ok. He's gonna love you. Just don't be intimidated by him ok?" I say to him. He just looks at me and smiles and gets out the car. He comes to my side and opens the door, "my lady." He says in a fake British accent. And I giggle at him taking his hand and getting out of the car. We started walking to the front desk and I grab his hand and squeeze it. "Hi, I'm here to see Alex Karev." I smile at the lady. She just nods and paged him. I was talking to Justin when I heard Alex's voice. "Ahh brother!!" I yell and jump into his arms. I could tell he was shocked for a second before wrapping his arms around me and squeezing. "Y/n what are you doing here?" He asks as he sets me down on the ground. "I wanted you to meet my boyfriend." I smile and look over at Justin and tell him to come over. "Alex this is my boyfriend Justin, Justin this is my brother alex." I say and just sticks out his hand and Alex just looks at it. I look at Alex and slap his arm before he finally takes his hand. "So how long you two been together?l Alex asks us. "Two years." Justin replied to him. I smiled and told Alex to take us to his friends. He just nodded and started walking. I grabbed Justin's hand again and this time he squeezed mine and we started following Alex.
