"THIRD TIME NAEUN! THIRD TIME! I don't want to see you with that man again do you understand me?" Hot tears streamed down his face as he shouted at his wife on the other side of the room. The dim lights made Naeun dizzy, and her tears started to flow too. She tried reaching out to him, but he pushed her away, leaving her lying on the cold wooden floor.
"Don't lie to me; I know your intentions!" Chanyeol shot her dagger looks and started walking away. He wipes his tears and started walking away towards the door. Naeun hugged her body as she trembled, scared, and unable to move. She reached out her hand as she spoke, "Forgive me, let me explain!"
Without any guilt and hesitations, Chanyeol shut the front door leaving his wife on the floor. He grabbed his car keys and rushed to his black SUV. Having no thoughts of going back. He grabbed his smartphone and pressed on the speed dial.
"H-hello?" an old man answered the phone "my son, it's 3 in the morning—" he didn't let his father finish. Instead, he blurted out the pain he is feeling in his chest.
"Dad, I want my freedom. I am a disgrace to this family," he said
"I don't understand. Tell me, what's wrong, son?" his dad spoke in the calmest voice he ever heard.
"Dad, I'm getting a—"
A loud knock came from the window.
"Stay with me... I'm sorry," Naeun stood outside his car, barefoot, and was a complete mess. "There is something important I need to tell you, " she closed her eyes in pain as Chanyeol watched her fall on her knees.
He looked away as his heart crushed into pieces. Goodbye, Mrs. Park, until we meet again.
Chanyeol cranked his keys and started driving away slowly. He screamed and stepped on his gas, and threw his phone on the passenger seat. Naeun was left alone in the cold, sobbing.
