chapter eleven

Jack's POV

We have been looking for Kat for two hours and there isnt any sign of her. To say I was worried was an understatement, I was also scared. Scared that she would end up hurt worse then when we lost saw her, Scared that she could have been attacked, but most of all scared that we wouldn't be able to find her.

"Wait! I remember she used to go to this waterfall that was hidden. She would go there whenever she was depressed, mad or even when she just wanted to be alone." Seraph said. Zack looked like he remembered something, "That was also where her and Becca went. I remember Becca said thats where she wanted to be buried! That's where she is Seraph do you know the way?" Seraph nodded her head and started running in the direction. It didnt take that long to get there and when we did we all froze.

"KATANA!"

Kat's POV

I knew i shouldn't have said what I said but it was the truth. None of this would have happened if I was alive. Becca would still be here training with Seph like she did everyday. I was running none stop with Becca in my arms to our spot. We always came here together and would sit with our legs dangling over the edge of the cliff listening to the waterfall. This is where she wanted to be buried, at the very top of the waterfall because it was the most beautiful thing shes ever seen. She didnt want a funeral or anyone to be there except for me because I was the only one who knew of this place. So thats what I did, I buried her right beside the waterfall under her favorite cherry blossom tree and used my powers to make her her grave beautiful and one of a kind just like her.

"Katana jump into the water." I heard a voice say and it sounded familiar. I debated if it was a good idea or not. I started to walk away when i heard the voice again but this time it was louder. "Fuck it" with that I took of running toward  the cliff and jumped. Before i landed in the water I heard someone scream my name. Then everything went black.

Daniel's POV

"KATANA" I yelled as I saw her jump of the cliff. I ran toward the cliff trying to see if I could find he rbut I couldn't. She was gone my best friend since we were children was gone. I sunk down to my knees and started sobbing. I could here the others running towards me and then the sound of sobbing grew louder.

"Awe its such a shame she took her own life instead of waiting for me to do it" a sadistic voice said behind me. We all turned around and saw a tall guy that was paler than casper the ghost, his eyes were as black as coal along with his long greasy hair. "But I guess seeing as shes gone I'll kill you guys instead" he pulled out a gun aiming it at me with his hands on the trigger. Before he pulled the trigger, the sound of the gun going off made us close our eyes and I was waiting for the pain after but I didnt feel any. I looked at everyone else and saw that they were looking right in front of me wide eyed so I turned and looked right in front of me and I was shocked.

"You made a big mistake Wyatt." Kat said looking at the guy with a death glare. "How, I watched you jump you should be dead" Wyatt looked scared. "I have my ways" Kats arms were crossed as she stared at him. He brought his gun up to shoot her but she kicked the gun out of his hands and shot him in both of the legs. Kat's eyes started glowing, the white of her eyes turning midnight black while her iris turned crimson and her pupil turning gold . To be honest her eyes were scary yet beautiful at the same time just like her. She went up and whispered something in his ears before picking him up and walking away.

Katana's POV

In the water

When I was under the water I felt my wounds start to heal. I opened my eyes and there was a man in front of me smiling. "Finally you opened your eyes" said the mystery man. "Who are you and why did you tell me to jump and how am I still alive." "Well to answer that Katana I am Poseidon and my dear I am one of you fathers." I looked at him wide eyed and looked to see if he was telling the truth and saw he was. "Why did you and all my other parents abandon me?" I asked quietly looking anywhere but him. He sighed pulling me into a hug "We didn't want to, non of us did. You were the light to all the gods around the universe as your our daughter. We thought you would be safe if we hid you with the humans and we didn't plan on you finding out what you are as soon as you did. There's not a day that goes by where non of us miss you. We knew that the Herron family would take you in and treat you as there own. We are happy that you are close with your siblings especially Zack. Your mothers are excited that you found your mate. Your fathers on the other hand are not wanting some guy to steal you away and possibly hurt you. Anyways princess your friends need you to save them now. I love you Katana." with that he disappeared.

I was caring Wyatt to one of my warriors, Christian. "take him and do whatever you want with him" I demanded and he walked away. I sighed and ran my hand through my hair before walking back to the others. They were all in the same spot that I left them in. Giving them a quick glance I walked to the edge of the cliff and sat down them my legs dangling. Taking a deep breath I closed my eyes and felt them change back to their original ocean blue color. I opened them back up and just looked at the breath taking view.

After a couple minutes I stand up and feel someone punch me in the stomach hard enough for them to wince in pain. "Are you stupid Kat? You could have killed yourself!" I just laughed only to recieve another punch "and now your laughing!" I was rolling on the ground laughing. Finally I managed to catxh my breath. "Chill Seph, I wasnt going to die I'm not that reckless besides I was told to." I shrugged at the end. "Who told you to do something so stupid and there isnt even anyone here" Zack said this time. "Shit I gotta ask him an important question!" But before I could jump again I was pulled back. So instead I ran towards the bottom before diving in.

"Dad!" I yelled as soon as i was underwater. Then out of no where he showed up. "Can you look after Becca for me please shes my best friend." I asked. "I'll do my best to watch her I promise." I hugged him "Thank you" with that swam back to shore where i was met with six angry faces.
