Completely Inseparable

The First Ultrasound

Lauren's pov: Today is the day of my first ultrasound I'm so excited that I get to find out if I am pregnant with one baby or multiple babies. We got to the hospital and check in with the nurse alex waited in the hallway with the kids it was a school holiday so they where home for 3 days . I go in and lay on the table and the nurse says.
Nurse: is that your family outside.
Lauren: yes.
Nurse: I'll go get them so they can watch on the big screen. She then steps out of the room and calls them. A few minutes later alex and the kids walk in the room. The nurse then takes the gel puts it on Lauren's belly and continues to look. A few minutes later the nurse says.
Nurse: I'll be back in a few I need to go get the doctor. Lauren then looks at alex with a panic look on her face and says.
Lauren: is something wrong with the baby. Alex looks at her and says.
Alex: I don't know baby. The doctor the+n walks in and says.
Doctor: Mr. Burriss I need you to take the kids outside for a while. He gives Lauren a kiss and goes outside with the kids. The doctor then does the ultrasound and says.
Doctor: Mrs. Burriss it looks like you are going to have triplets again. Lauren's eyes widen and she says
Lauren: Really. The doctor then says.
Doctor: Yes I am definitely seeing three healthy babies. After the doctor leaves and alex and the kids walk back in the room and lauren looks at alex with a shocked look on her face and says.
Lauren: Baby sit down
Alex: is it bad
Lauren: Depending on how you take it.
Alex: What is going on.
Lauren: We are having triplets again. Alex looking shocked: WHAT REALLY. Lauren: YEA REALLY.  He then hugs her and smiles then they turn to the kids who are in complete shock and say.
A&L: So kids what do you think.
Children: um huh. Then they get really excited for the new babies. Maddie then says.
Maddie: I can't wait I've always wanted to be a big sister. Everyone then laughed and got in the car and went home. After they return home the kids go in their playroom and play while alex and Lauren sits down and talked about how they would handle six kids.
Lauren: Can we do this I mean we have always said we wanted a big family. Can we afford six kids. Alex then looks at Lauren and says.
Alex: Yes we can we just have to learn how to not spend on big non important things. Lauren then turned and says.
Lauren: Baby your right we can do this. Then she looks at alex and says.
Lauren: I love you chicken tender.
Alex: I love you too chicken nugget. Then they go and join the kids in the playroom.
