I sit on the couch, waiting for Rich to get home from Jake's house. He texted me and said he has a surprise for me when he gets home. I lay on my side and drift slowly to sleep. I wake up an hour later to the sound of the door closing. I rub the sleep out of my eyes before getting up to meet Rich at the door.
I'm still half asleep as I greet him with a hug and start to doze off in his warm embrace. "Are you okay (y/n)?" He asks laying me back on the couch before moving hair out of my face. He pokes my cheeks in an atempt to wake me from my slumber. I groan and sit up. Lazily holding myself up with my arm. "Look at me sleeping beauty." He says and I look to him with half-lidded eyes.
My eyes grow wider as I realize that he looks somewhat different. It take me a few moments to see the difference but I do with time. I smile at him and run my fingers through his hair. "Very cute Richy." I spout out a yawn as well and Rich chuckles. "Would you like to take a nap princess?" He asks pulling me closer to his warm body. "Only if you cuddle with me." I bargain and he nods, carrying me to the bedroom and laying down beside me.
