Policeman: I need to ask some questions to Emily.
Emily: can Ross come with me?
Policeman: Is he your boyfriend?
Emily: No. I want him to be with me. We are close friend's.
Policeman: okay.
Emily and Ross followed the Policeman into the living room.
Policeman: okay Emily. What did he make you do?
Emily: He told me to take off my clothes but I said No. Then he slapped me in the face.
Policeman: So he tried to rape you.
Emily: Yes.
Ross: Will he go to jail?
Policeman: Yes. He will stay there until five years or when death. Which ever comes first. He also slapped you so he might stay there for the rest of his life.
Ross: thanks.
Emily: Thanks James.
Policeman(James): you remember me?
Emily: Duh! How could I forget!
James: I don't know.
Ross: Wait, How do you guys know each other?
Emily: He was my babysitter when I was like five and after that he was friends with my brother.
Ross: oh
James: Yeah. Well Emily it's nice to see you. Daniel will be in jail for a long time. And tell your brother I said Hi.
Emily: I c...c...c.. cant.... H...H...He's dead (starts to cry)
James: What?
Emily: Yeah. Daniel killed him when you moved here.
James: That son of a bitch. I'M going to make sure he stays in jail for killing my best friend. For hurting my best friends baby sister!
Ross: Emily it's okay. Come here.
Emily: Thanks Ross. (gives Ross a kiss on the cheek)
