Chapter 16. Is being fine really ok?

I woke up in the middle of the night to a rumble outside. I turn my head and see Natsu sleeping soundly with Happy on top of him. I really wanted to stay in bed but the rumbling kept getting louder and louder. So, I grabbed my pistol I hide under my bed then proceeded downstairs. I heard muffled voices but no actual words.

Once I stepped down stairs...The noise stopped...

As freaked out as I was I walked to the door and pressed my ear against it without making a sound. I didn't hear anything.

I opened the door slowly and peaked my eye. No one standing there. But once I looked down....

I saw a light blue haired girl with a bun in some kind of royal guard uniform on but it's very torn. Maybe she was battling for her life? Or for someone?

I kneeled down to her level and poked her. No sound or movement. I hope she isn't dead. Be a shame to have a dead soul living on my foot mat.
I picked her up and took her to my living room. Softly, I laid her on my couch and looked at her closely.

Well she got one hell of a beating I say that. So much scars and bruises. Who would hurt a girl like her she looks like she's the purest of innocents.

"Sigh well I'm not taking any chances so.." I say as I turned her over and ties her wrists and ankles with special De magic rope. Just in case when she wakes up I get to ask her questions and stuff.

*yawn* "mmnm (y/n)" said Natsu sleep walking

Hehe he's been doing that a lot lately. Waking up late at night groaning my name and eating food. Typical Natsu

I smiled and kissed his half drooled cheek and patted his back

"Hehehe..."

What was that?

"I'm all around you...there's no escape"

The living room soon got engulfed with darkness, it was so dark that I could see my salamander anymore. What the hell even happened?

I walked a bit until I felt something wet touch my leg. In instinct I slapped my leg then once I rose up my arms and ankles got tied up by some kind of tentacle thing. I tired to use my magic to melt the tentacle but it deflected it. It never done that before.
"Hey if someone's there come out and show yourself unless your scared" I yell

After a moment of silence a figure walked out of the shadows. It was..Rouge

" Hello sister what a pleasure to be in your home" he said

"I will cut off your dick and shove it up your ass" I said angry

"Tsk tsk tsk are you upset because Sting took your virginity?" He questions.

I gripped the tentacle and started to melt it. I was beyond angry...I'M FUCKING PISSED!

"Uh huh don't even move...or your precious gemstone gets it" he said

Gemstone?...wait...is he referring to Natsu?

"Let him go..He has nothing to do with this. It's between me and you" I say as he gets close to my face and lifts my chin up

"I will.....Under one condition" he says

"As long as he's safe" I say

"You must marry father" he says

Father.....The king of the shadows....heh...I will murder him (Rouge didn't kill the dragon yet so bare with me)

"I will never marry him" I say

"Than say goodbye to your gemstone" he says as he shows Natsu hanging by a tentacle around his neck

I grabbed Natsu and kissed his head. I quickly thrown him out the window and grabbed Happy along with us. I carried both of them to Erza house. I banged on the door as hard as I could (you dirty readers you) and she finally answered

"(Y/n) what are you doing here at this time?" Erza asked

"Please take Natsu and Happy...something...came up and I can't have them involved or anyone from Fairy Tail" I said as she looked at me in a shock manner

"(Y/n) we're family and no matter what kind of past came up we fight together" she said

"Erza..Please....This is my fight not yours...I would never forgive myself if any of you died for me" I say as I placed them down next to her feet.

She looks at me then hugs me. It was those kind of hugs when someone doesn't want you to go anywhere. And I know that it pains her to say goodbye, but this hug says it for her

"At least tell me where your going" she says
