Gone.
I wish you had said goodbye,
so that I could ask you why, why, why,
Look me in the eyes and say,
that you didn't think of us today,
spill all your secrets deep inside,
help me forget how you always hide,
think about the rest of us,
becoming a layer of your rust,
help me remember how we laughed and cried,
so that I can forget how I died inside,
my heart a symphony of trumpets,
my love coming in buckets,
you killed yourself later then,
I'll never be able to say, "Remember when?"
'cause you're gone,
giving me a chance to say,
I wish that you were here today.
