Chapter 13

Raine

Knife and I were inseparable the next few weeks. Thursday, Knife, Chase, Rose and Rhys came over to hang out and watch a movie. We chose to watch Halloween movies since it was September thirtieth. Halloween season! Knife sat on the recliner and I sat on his lap cuddled up to his chest. Rhys and Rose did the same on the armchair. Knight and Chase sat awkwardly on the couch keeping to themselves and watching the movie. When the movie was over. Knight looked at me with the death defying eyes that always lead to mischief.

"Let's throw a party. Elvis is gone for the next few days so let's have fun! All you guys stay with us." Knife looked at me with a twinkle in his eyes and smile on his face. Knight caught it.

"You are sleeping in a different room than her!" We all started laughing the same time Knife just looked at him with a cocky smile.

"We'll see!" Knight just scowled which made us laugh harder. Knife looked around the room. "I'm in!" Rhys stopped kissing Rose's neck.

"Me too!" Rose glared at him. Then let out a deep breath.

"Fine!" Chase and I smiled at each other as we said.

"We're planning!" They all looked at us. Rose smiled.

"Me too! Boys will just follow our planning and do all the hard physical work. Let's go!" We all laughed and got up and started planning. I got music and getting the word out duty, Rose got drinks and Chase got all the decorating and main planning. The party was taking place tomorrow night. Knife got his brother and his boyfriend to go get the list of drinks Rose had made. Chase planned a pool party because of the pool in the back. She and Knight went out to grab pool stuff, chocolate fountain and food. It was gonna be great. I got a playlist I was going to play and made three dozen flyers to stick around school.

School was like everyday except with the flyers around the halls and doors, people were talking about it non-stop. It was going to be great!
