Bandages and Bad Eyes

I didn't know it.. but I was asleep for a whole day.. but they released me from the hospital.. I fell asleep in the hospital before Lucy woke up.. and sophia had left.. so she didn't know I was awake.. but she'll see when I go to school.. speaking of which.. I open the school doors, bandages on my hands, arms and eye.. I notice everyone look at me.. I breathe in.. "did you hear.. she got in a bike accident.." "I heard she almost died.." "yeah, you think doing all those sports she'd know how to ride a bike.." I hear the students say, the bell rings.. I head to class.. I'm wearing a black tank top and ripped up jean shorts.. I walk into class.. I look up and see Lucy.. she's facing the front of the class.. she doesn't notice me.. I go take a seat next to her.. I look over at her.. she's sad.. "h..hey Lucy.." I say, she looks over at me, "Izzy!" She yells, her face lights up, "your ok!?! Your eye!! Are you hurt too bad?!" She says, "I'm fine.. the doctor said my eye isn't bad.. just my skin around my eye.. and stuff like that.." I say, she smiles, "I'm glad your ok." Says Lucy, I smile "me too." I say, we leave the classroom when class is over and head to lunch, I sit down with my lunch at a table, tie and John run up to me, "Izzy!" They both yell as they hug me, "hey guys.." I say, "Tie, how's your brother?" I ask, "he's not good.. we can't pay for the surgery so I don't know what's going to happen.. "he says, "I tried to go see him.. but.." I say, "we know you tried." Says John "yeah," says Lucy, I sigh. 

The day is pretty normal, I walk around with John, Tie and Lucy, I hear the other students make fun of my eye, but their all to scared to do it to my face.. "so your eye?" Says John, "what about it?" I ask, "when can you take the bandage off?" Asks John, "tonight.." I say, "that's good." Says Lucy, "hey Lucy... wanna spend the night?" I ask "sure, I'll bring some food from my house." Says Lucy "alright.." I say. After school we all go home..
