The taxi stand was just outside the supermarket. Glen gave the address as they sat in the back as the first spots of rain started to fall. Very small houses around here. As Lizzie looked out the windows getting her bearings.

This must be alien to you. Glen held her hand lightly.

Then the Taxi pulled up outside a house.

“Its not dull.”

“I didn’t say that.”

“No I felt it.” Lizzie started to unload the shopping from the taxi as Glen opened up the front door.

“Wait till you see the kitchen, it’s not like your kitchen in the US. Its also small and compact.”

“Just like the house.” As Lizzie paid the taxi driver

“Lizzie try not to be mean.”

“Am not am happy, for you. It’s just being here where you had your life with Anna.”

Soon the shopping was load into the house. “Have a look around Lizzie, you will have to get used to drinking tea.” Lizzie left Glen to look around the three bedroom house, as Glen put away the shopping and started going through the post.

It was lots of death cards, Glen knew he had to open them. But now was not the time. Tears started to form up, as he broke down and cried. He couldn’t recall Lizzie taking him to bed, as she held him.

Many hours had past as both lay on the bed together. “Ok Lizzie you can join me, but this has got to stop.”

“This is practice for you.” She smiled back at Glen.

“What you sharing the bed with me.”

“No with your pups.” Lizzie laughed

“Children.”

“No pups.”

She held out her hands so Glen could better understand, what a wolf family is like. One child can be born human or wolf from depending on the pregnancy if the family want to be traditional or the 50/50 with twins. In your case triplets got to be wolf form so the mother can recover faster and less risk 90 days

You mean 9 months

No 90 days in wolf form

Glen felt himself in Lizzie dream, as the pup was nuzzling her milk. This broke of his connection.

“Did you.” As Glen sprang out of bed.

Lizzie laughed, “Glen see mother wolves need to feed and recover some of their strength back.”

“But”

“A lot of female wolves will also produce milk to feed the pups. I didn’t get the name Aunty for nothing. I will warn you, there will be a lot of females around mum.”

“So they will be born as a wolf.”

“Yes”

“So what am I going to tell my family.”

“Don’t worry, in another 9 months we will think of an idea.”

Glen was still trying to take in the new information. “Glen take a tablet and go back to bed, tomorrow will be a fresh day.” Lizzie got up and started to change in to her PJs.

“You could have waited till I left the room.”

“Grow up.” Lizzie laughed at his attitude towards nakedness.

Glen left the bedroom, went down stairs took another sedative and returned to the bed room changed in to a track suit bottoms and T-shirt.

“Promise, I will not bite you.” Lizzie canes grow as she gave a smile showing her teeth.

“What’s your mum going to say.” Glen jokily responded.

As Glen got in bed, Lizzie cuddled up to him. “Wolfs are very sociable in the pack and family from tomorrow, I suggest you sleep in wolf form it more relaxing and you need to get more comfortable in that form.”

“Lizzie I will try and relax and not be such meanie, I too forget that you where volunteered to be my guardian.”

“Sleep, I will look at starting your training tomorrow.”

“Lizzie is there any packs in England.”

“No, what remained went to the US to northern Europe.”

A few minutes past “Glen”

“Yeats, yes, yes what.” The sedatives where kicking in.

“Nothing.” As Lizzie slipped out of bed to phone her mum.

Lizzie found a box full of letters that Anna and Glen had sent to each other during one of Glen tours. As Lizzie was waiting for somebody to pick the phone up in Karen’s office.

Glen

Your going to have to come home, the grass is like a jungle and am running out of money to buy new plates as my dish washer isn’t here.

Well it South Wales and only one day of rain … which least for 11 months .

How is the tan coming along, every young girl in Wales seems to be faked tanned or microwaved under the lamps.

The group I was teaching photo techniques where good, they had me over looking them… Like mother hen. Those self defence moves you went through with me paid off.

Last night of the course, so it was hit the night clubs. Anyway one drunk started hitting one of the girls and couldn’t take no for an answer.

Don’t worry, the doorman said he fell.
