IYAH'S P.O.V
As the bell rings, I make my way to my first class with my two best friends, Elena and Jasmine by my side.
We walk through the doors of history class and walk over to the back of the room, where Jasmines boyfriend, Daniel, is waiting for her. She sits down and instantly starts making out with him. I sit in my seat and I get out my books.

AFTER CLASS

"Legit, the whole entire time you were staring at him!! FANGIRL MODE ON!!" Jasmine literally screamed that entire sentence,
"Calm.. besides, it's just a stare.. AND I was NOT doing it the entire time thank you very much..." I can just feel my cheeks getting hotter and redder.
"SHE'S BLUSHING OMG" Jasmine is getting really annoying with all the screaming. She probably had too much sugar today.
We walk past Jack Avery, who has both Daniel and Zach by his side, as we head over to the cafeteria.
We walk in and I can just feel everyone staring at me. I sit with the rest of my netball team still with Elena and Jasmine by my side.
"Did you hear?!" Kate, one of the girls in my team, says
"What??" The whole team wonders
"Jack Avery JUST broke up with his ex, Jazzy!!" Kate basically screamed
All the girls got super excited as almost EVERY SINGLE GIRL (or taken girl) drools over Jack Avery. Also some of them drool over his friends, Zach Herron, Daniel Seavey, Jonah Marais and Corbyn Besson, but Corbyn has a girlfriend, so he's out of the picture, but some girls still like him. The 5 boys are all in a bad ass boy band called Why Don't We. Personally though, I think Jack is the cutest😏
After school Jasmine and Elena come over and Jasmine starts making out with Daniel, oh, by the way, Daniel is my brother. Elena and I do some of our home work and then after a while She goes home. Jasmine is still making out with Daniel, so I go down to the basement where the rest of the boys are writing a song.
"Do you guys want any food?" I ask as I walk down the stairs to the basement.
"Nahh" Zach is the first to reply
"OK.. Anyone else??" No one answers, they're all either on their phones, or writing a song.
"OK.. fine then.. bye" I start walking up the stairs but someone grabs my arm,
"I'll take a water... thanks.." Jack says letting go of my arm. I walk back upstairs and grab Jacks drink. I give it to him. After a while people start leaving, Zach, Corbyn and Jonah all leave and go home.
Jack is still down in the basement, but eventually comes up to the kitchen.
"I got bored down there.." Jack says sitting at the island on his phone
"Kay.. Well Daniel and Jasmine are in her room making out or some shit.. I'm gonna go to my room.. you can come or you can watch some TV.." I hand him the remote and start walking upstairs to my room.
I connect my phone to my speaker and I pick a playlist from my phone.
The music starts blasting and I head inside my bathroom to take a shower

I hop out of the shower and change into some house short and a crop top sweater. I blow-dry my hair and leave it in its natural waves. I sit in my bed doing my homework as the door opens. I get startled and realise it Jack.
"Oh, hey.." I say anxiously
"Hey.. can I come in??" He says that even though he's already inside
"Sure.." I reply
The room feels awkward, and my music still blasting isn't helping at all.
Then he breaks the silence
"So.. how's your sister?? Is she still in North Phoenix Uni??"
"Yeah... She's doing good.. How's Jazzy??" The room becomes silent again as I ask him that question.

Oh shoot!! I TOTALLY forgot that they JUST broke up!! What am I going to do??
"I'm so sorry! I totally forgot that you guys broke up!.." my cheeks turn red. I feel so bad.
"I-it's fine.." The room is filled with silence once again.
"So.. what do you wanna do??" Jack asks looking around my room. He's probably trying to guess what I like doing.
"I don't know.." I don't really know how to answer that question because I'm too focused on my homework.
"I'll be right back.." Jack stands up walking into my bathroom like he knew it was there..

"Let's doing something, fun..." Jack says slowly moving towards me
"OK.. Like what exactly?" The more closer he gets the more uncomfortable I get.
"Like this," he comes up to me lifting up my chin and then, kissing me. On the lips.
