(My name is Rin and this is how I became the person I am now)

(For the first eight years of my life I was happy, I never knew who my dad was and my mother never talked about him, it was always just her and I, and life was happy and fun and carefree till a month after my eighth birthday.)

(The day started out normal, I was out playing with the other children in my village, and we were running around playing, when suddenly I stop because I heard a commotion, and I turn and see a man on a horse coming towards the village, and he has his weapon drawn, I am scared but I run to my home looking for my mother, as I hear a scream coming from outside and then I hear.)

^ Kill all of them don't leave a single one alive ^ - YES LORD PAYNE!!!!!!!!!! -

(At that moment my mother comes running in, and she grabs my hand and walks me to a hidden door in one of the walls, I can hear the screams of my friends and neighbors outside) " Rin I need you to be brave and stay hidden no matter what" ' Okay mom but what about you? '

(She looked at me with a small smile and tears threatening to spill) " Don't worry about me, I'll be fine just remember to be brave and always remember who you are " (she then proceeded to push me through the door, and slam it shut behind me, as I can hear pounding footsteps coming towards our house)

(As the door slammed shut I spun around, and put my face against the door looking through a slight crack, as I hear the door to the house slam open and then I hear my mom grunt and a thud as I see her drop to the floor, as I see a giant of a man step over her his back to me) ^ Look what we have here men ^ (My mom sits back on her knees and looks up at the man glaring up at him defiantly) "Go to hell you pig" (she then spits on him, as he reaches down, and grabs her by the throat and lifts her off the ground) ^ You dare disrespect me you bitch ^ (He roars at her as she is clawing at his hand struggling to breathe, then he drops her to the floor as he turns to walk out I catch a glimpse of his face, his next words chilled me to the core) ^ Kill the worthless bitch and lets leave there is nothing here of value ^ -YES LORD PAYNE- (then the giant man walks out as another steps behind my mother, and grabs her hair yanking her head back hard enough I heard it crack slightly and she cried out) - Too bad its a waste of such a beautiful body- (sneers one guy as he pulls out a dagger and puts it against my mother's throat) "Go.... to.....hell" (My mom croaks out, then the guy grins savagely as he rips the dagger across her neck and her blood splatters across the floor, as I stare horrified tears running down my face, the man then drops my mother's body and wipes his dagger on her dress, and leaves the rest of the men following)

(I stand there for about 10 minutes unable to move, then I open the door slowly as I walk out, and drop to my knees next to my mom as I start to bawl, my heart feeling like it had shattered into millions of tiny little pieces, and then been ground to dust, then I get up and walk out in shock not really paying attention to what I was doing, as I walk out into the village and look around at the carnage of my former friends, and neighbors bodies strew about and ripped apart, blood pooling on the black ground, and tears start to blur my vision as I realize that I am the only one left alive, I drop to my knees and look to the sky) 'Why, why did you let this happen, what did we ever do to you' (I scream to the heavens as tears run down my face and my voice starts to crack)
