(I woke up as the sun started to peak over the horizon, I got up and stretched as Fafnir and Leohart both looked at me with sleepy eyes and yawned. I smiled at them then grabbed my sword and dagger strapping them to my hip, as I walked away from the camp so I could do a little morning training, my motivation boiling, from the trader leader telling me he thought I could avenge my mother the night before) 'I'll make sure he pays for what he did mom' (I whisper that as I clench my fists in anger and look at the sky. Then I proceed to draw my sword and start practicing my techniques focusing on my balance and agility for the moment)

-Time skip a few hours-  

(I flop to the ground and lay there in the dirt, sweating, as everyone else starts to get up for the day, I get up and put my sword back into the scabbard, as I walk to the river near us and splash my face and arms with the cool water) 'That feels nice' (I say softly as I smile softly my eyes closed, when all of a sudden I hear footsteps, as my muscles tense ready for a fight) 'Who's there?' (I ask not moving from my spot, as I put one hand on the dagger on my hip) *It's only me no need to get aggressive* (the voice belongs to the Trader's leader, as the man plops onto the ground next to me) 'Sorry I'm just used to being alone so anytime I hear footsteps I get ready to defend myself' (I rub the back of my head as I smile softly) *It's ok son it's always good to keep your guard up, even around those who you should feel safe around* (he says as he looks at me and smiles slightly, then he looks over at the rest of the traders as they pack up camp) *Today is the last day you will probably be with us, since we will reach the capital before nightfall* (I look at him as he says this, and for a second it almost looks like he is sad about that, and it takes me by surprise) 'Yeah it's been nice riding with you and the others, I've actually relaxed a little since being with you guys' (I turn to him and stick out my hand) 'Thank you for letting me accompany you to the capital' (he looks slightly surprised then he grins, and grabs my hand and shakes it before pulling me into a hug) *Son it's been nice having a new face for the last couple days* (I freeze and stiffen when he hugs me then I relax and hug back as Fafnir and Leohart wake up and look at the two of us) 'Thanks' (I let him go and stand up as I walk over to my familiars and pet their heads) 'Hey guys ready to get started, and end our journey and begin a new adventure?' (they both look at me and then each other then back at me, and nod as Fafnir blows out a small cloud of smoke, and Leohart grins showing his fangs) 'Well old man shall we get moving?' (I smile as I stand there and offer the older man a hand)

-Time skip a few hours-

(I stretch and wipe the sweat from my brow as I sit on Fafnir's back, and look up at the sun seeing that it is at its peak meaning it's midday, so I look at the trader leader) 'Hey old man how much further to the capital?!' (He looks at me and grins as he points to the horizon, I turn and look squinting against the suns glare, as I see a shadowy blob in the distance) 'That's the capital? It looks so small' (he laughs) *we are yet a few hours away my boy just have patience* (I sigh and relax onto Fafnir's back falling asleep, from the soft swaying as he walks and the heat on my face and chest)
