Hoseok has to deal with dragging Taehyung around while the younger is higher than a kite.
(The song added is a wonderful piece by Lovewave titled The Night. It's such an amazing love song.)

"Thanks for coming!"
"No problem. We had fun," Hoseok replies, forcing a smile on his face that immediately drops into a thin line when the door to the large house is closed.
"How the hell did you convince me to come to this, Taehyung?" he grumbles as he starts walking down the driveway, pulling Taehyung's arm to make him follow.
"Well, Jiminie said that he wanted me to come, and you came because you also wanted to? I don't know, man. I'm just tired," Taehyung mumbles as his slouching form leans on Hoseok.
Hoseok sighs and wraps one arm around Taehyung's waist to support his weight and balance him. The younger drapes an arm over his shoulder, and they continue their journey on the sidewalk.
"Is that what you remember happening?" Hoseok asks, looking at his boyfriend's face.
"Yes," Taehyung replies, his gaze on the sidewalk beneath their feet. "But I also remember seeing like a dragon or something in his roommate's room at some point, and I'm not sure if it was real."
Hoseok laughs, then frowns, eyebrows furrowed. "Wait, you were in his roommate's room?"
"I think so?"
Hoseok's scowl deepens. "When the fuck did that happen? I agreed to go to that goddamn party to stop any motherfucking weirdos from perving on you."
Taehyung smiles at Hoseok and pinches his cheek gently. "Don't worry, love. Nothing happened. I came in, saw the little dragon dude, heard loud noises from the other side of the room, presumably in the bed, and left."
Hoseok leans in to the touch and relaxes. "If you say so, Tae. Just... please be careful around people you don't know, okay?"
"Okay, Hobi. I'll be careful."
Hoseok smiles as Taehyung began to recall things he'd seen at the party, ranging from a cute puppy to a wizard.
"...and then he like, cast a magic spell and there was smoke and BAM! A frog."
Hoseok sighs again, shifting to accommodate even more of the younger's weight as Taehyung slouches more and more, almost falling on his face. "Taehyung, sweetie, what did you consume when I left you for like a minute to go to the bathroom?" Hoseok questions.
"I don't know," Taehyung says, confused, speech slurred as he rests his head on Hoseok's shoulder. At this point Hoseok's basically carrying him.
So he does.
Once Taehyung's hoisted on to Hoseok's back safely and the older of the two regains his breath, they continue their journey.
"Why am I so much taller now?" Taehyung says, scared.
"I'm carrying you, Tae. You're taller because a little bit of my height is added on to yours."
"Cool," Taehyung replies, hands coming up to run through Hoseok's raven hair. "Thanks for giving me some of your height, Hoseok-ah."
"No problem, Tae. I'd do anything for you. You know that?"
Taehyung hums in agreement, then giggles. "Remember that time you bought me a wolf for my birthday, even though it was super hard to find one?"
"Yes, dear," Hoseok says, recalling how, for Tae's birthday, he'd struggled but eventually succeeded in getting the younger boy a pug, whom they had named Taeho, a combination of their names.
"You know, Hobi," Taehyung begins somewhat thoughtfully," I would do anything to make you smile. Like, if you asked me to fight a wild polar bear, I would tear it apart piece by piece just to see you grin."
Hoseok grimaces as he imagines the gory sight but thanks Taehyung nonetheless.
Soon he spots a corner store, and he practically sprints towards it, a chance at resting his tired muscles (aching from the strain of carrying a wiggling Taehyung) at his fingertips.
Once they enter, he tells Taehyung to grab a snack or two while he gets a water, heading towards the man at the cash register. That's when he hears it.
"This music is amazing," Hoseok mutters, and he sings along. "Da-da-da-da-da~ Tomorrow~"
The man at the register smiles and laughs pleasantly. "It is, isn't it? My boyfriend produced it."
Hoseok's eyes widen in awe. "That's awesome."
The man laughs and scans Hoseok's water before placing it in a bag. "He's doing so many wonderful things, and I'm just here, working part time at a corner store to pay off my tuition for med school."
Hoseok smiles reassuringly. "Hey. You're going to be a doctor one day. That's really cool."
The man's eyes twinkle. "Thanks." He pauses. "Is there anything else you're going to get, today?"
"Yeah, actually. Just wait a second."
Hoseok finds Taehyung in the candy isle cradling a packet of Skittles like a baby, singing to it. "Tae, we're going to check out now."
Taehyung nods and gets up slowly, grabbing hold of one of Hoseok's hands before they make their way to the register. Hoseok coaxes Taehyung into giving him the candy and hands it to the man to scan.
Hoseok pays, and they leave, the shopping going off without a hitch. Well, except for Taehyung caressing the face of the man at the cash register and mumbling about how handsome he is. But even that wasn't too bad.
At this point in the night, Taehyung has managed to retain a little bit of coordination and balance and is able, finally, to walk by himself.
They hold hands, and Hoseok watches Taehyung with an amused look on his face as the younger babbles about nothing.
He babbles about nothing, yet it means everything to Hoseok, his hand warm and his body tingling with joy, his eyes searching Taehyung's, finding that, despite the fact that the younger is higher than Mt. Everest, his irises still sparkle with affection.
Finding that no matter what the circumstance, whether it be when Taehyung is high or tired or angry or sad, he always seems to be able to love Hoseok.
And he always will be.
