Y/N POV

After we finished singing in car, we realized that we just pulled to a stop at our new high school. At the very front of it, it said "PHEONIX DROP HIGH". I've heard very good things about this place and it has the highest ranking out of all the schools in Phoenix drop.

Garroth and I both got our schedules for the semester emailed to us on Wednesday so I at least have some concept of where I'm going cause this place is HUGE! I open the passenger door and as soon as I do a cool breeze hits my face. It's September 5th and at this time it's usually not that chilly out. "It's not supposed to be chilly at this time" Garroth said as he read my thoughts. "Mabey it's just has something to do with an early snow fall I mean last year we had one"

"Oh ya I remember" Garroth can be stupid at times.

I looked around at all the unfamiliar and familiar faces that were around the front of the school. I recognized a few of my friends like Katlyn,Travis,Dante and Kawii~Chan. There was one face I was looking for in particular and that was Cade-"Y/N!" Some one completely caught me off guard.

I turned around to see exactly who I was searching for. "CADENZA?!! I was just looking for you*hugs*how have you been?"

"ME TOO! I've been great so far, what about you?" She was smiling so much.

I wish my smile was as bright as hers is but I have smiled like that in years. Ever since the... incident... I've never smiled big like that.

We locked arms and walked towards the big doors that held my future. What was in there... was for me to find out I guess I won't know until I go in. The bell rung in my ears.

It's sound filling my head. My heart told me to go but my feet told me to wait.

People passed me in all different directions so I didn't expect anyone to actually talk to me.

"Umm...hello? Do you need any help?" I looked up from the ground in front of me to see your boy a little bit taller than I was with brown curly hair and diamond blue eyes. "U-uh ya I'm s-sorry was I in your w-way?"

"Oh no you weren't, I was actually just walking inside when I noticed you." The boy said while scratching his neck.

"Oh well thanks I guess" I didn't know what to say.

TIME SKIP

"So uh, what's your first class?"

"It's science" I said confidently because I love science.

"Oh really, me too! What is your second and third classes?"

"Ummm...History and gym. What's yours"

"Mines geography and gym so looks like I have 2 classes with you so far."

I blushed tho I don't know why. The boy must have noticed because he just smirked.

"S-so see you in class?" He asked but stuttered. We might have a new stutter king lady and gentlemen.

"Ya thanks for helping me."

"No problem, by the way I never got you name...what is it?"

I hesitated fora moment.Not knowing what I was getting myself into.

"I-it's Y/N what is yours?"

"Mines Laurance" Laurence, hmm I like that name a lot.

*RRRRIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGG*

"Well that's the bell I should put my stuff in my locker and find my friends before class starts. It was nice meeting you see you in class Y/N!"

I stood there blushing. WHY ARE YOU BLUSHING!!STOP IT CHEEKS!

"Ya ok I'll see you in class thanks for everything"

"Your welcome and oh by The way...I think That your name suits you it's pretty and so are you."

And with that he left I stood there a blushing mess not knowing if I dare to move or stay put. I decided that the people here and now might actually be worth taking risks for.

The people here and now may actually be nice enough to be friends with.

I decided to walk down the hallway to start my future when I saw someone I've been hoping to not see for the rest of my life...
