Chapter 6

"Niall! Why do you hold her hand if she is not even your girlfriend?" Mrs. Horan asked when we where having dinner. I really wanted to hear Niall's responds to that.

"Umm... Maybe because she is nice and makes me feels like myself?" Niall suggested. Awww... I thought.

"So why don't you just ask her out?" His mom or my new mom suggested.

Buzz. Buzz.

"Wait a second! My phone is ringing," said Niall while running into the other room.

"Hello," Niall said into the phone. "Oh! Hey Kourtney!" Uh-oh.. "Um... Yeah sure tomorrow? Okay! I'll tell her!" Niall ran back into the room. "One of the most popular girls in school wants to meet you." Niall said ruffling his hair.

"Okay.. Are you meeting her with me?" I asked stunned.

"I guess so! I'll be there holding your hand," Niall said giving me a huge hug.

"Okay! Well, movie time!" Niall cheered while carrying me bridal style into the living room. He threw me on the couch and feel on top of me.

"What movie?" I ask.

"How about we just watch South Park?" he suggest turning on the TV. He came to my side again and snuggle up with me. Why are we evening do this? We are not dating. But oh well I snuggled into his chest.

"So when are we meeting that chick?"

"Tomorrow she is going to pick us up!"

"Okay!" I snuggled into his chest even more. I started getting very sleepy and soon I drifted to sleep in Nialls chest.

"Nicole! Nic! Nicole wake up!" Niall said on top of me.

"What?" I asked questioning why he was on top of me.

"Um.. We have to go meet up with that girl Kourtney!" Niall said getting off of me and pulling me up and dragging me to my room.

"Heels or no Heels?" I asked Niall.

"Heels! And where that long pink dress you have!" Niall said.

"Kay Kay!" I say while pulling on my clothes. Make up and hair where next! I simply did a waterfall braid going across my hair and curling it. I did my make up look natural.

"Beautiful! You are a true beauty!" Niall said as I walk into the living room!

"Thanks! There is car outside.." I sad pointing to the window.

"Well we have to go!" Niall grabs my hand and off we go.

Niall opens the door and I see fake tan girl with thick eyeliner and red lipstick. The first thing that came into my mind was slut. "Niall-pooh! Come sit in the front!" She squeaked with a nasal voice. ANNOYING.

"I have to say what she does or else she will spank me," Niall whispered into my ear. He closed the door and opened the front one and went in.

"So Nicole, this is Kourtney. Kourtney, this is Nicole," Niall said waiting for us to greet each other.

"Hi! So are you and him dating?" Kourtney squealed while turning her car.

"Um... No!" me and Niall said exactly at the same time.

"GOOD! Niall you deserve way better," she yelled. HURTFUL!

"Um.. Excuse me?" I said snapping my fingers.

"What?" she said pulling up in the ice cream parlor that Logan worked in. I quickly raced out of the car and into the parlor.

"Logan! Who is that Kourtney chick? She is hitting on my Niall!" I yelled.

"Nicole! Calm down. He is bot yours to began with and I can't believe Niall didn't tell you!" Logan stared into my eyes.

"Tell me what?"

"Niall has had a crush on her since the second grade and there is rumors that Kourtney is planning to get Niall," Logan said seriously.

"What?" I yelled while Kourtney and Niall walked in cracking up.

"So what flavor ice cream Miss Nicole?" Logan said changing the subject.

"The usual. And Niall as well," I said.

"Okay! I want my usual too," Kourtney yelled sitting on a table.

"What is this?" Niall asked when I brought him the ice cream.

"Your usual." I said flatly.

"Who said I wanted that?" Niall asked rudely.

"You always want that," I said, stating the obvious.

"Um.. And I don't want this!" Niall said throwing the ice cream.

"How rude Niall!" I say storming out of the restaurant. I saw Logan jump across the counter and to the door. Then I saw Niall say something to Logan and Logan went back to doing what he did. I walked down the street with tears filling my eyes.

I actually thought he liked me. I walked to the direction of the house. Once I got there the door was opened. I ran to my room and into my bed. I got my phone and saw I had a new text message. I open it up and it was from Nathan.

From Nathan:

Hey sweetie! Where are you? I miss you! We have to catch up. I'm in Mullingar visiting my cousin, Logan, remember him?
