"Today was tiresome"

I think putting on my outdoor shoes.

"Sorry for today. I believe it was really annoying for

you"

A girl sneaks up from behind.

"Huh, what do you mean?"

I say turning around.

Oh it's her.

The source of my lack of boredom today.

"These people. Asking if there's something between me

and you."

Emiko answers with an embarrassed face.

So she wanted to apologize.

What caught my attention,

was how she addressed our classmates

"these people"

But I don't think that's something I should mention.

"It's alright. They are always like that."

Silence

"Anyways.. I'm going, bye."

I say and exit school.

During that short silence,

it felt like her gaze penetrated deep into me.

In that gaze,

My reflection was clear,

I was see-through.

That thought scared me.
