Silence
A girl caught by surprise,
A boy who dropped his mask.
Lonely figures sitting on a roof.
"I'm sorry...I.."
I frantically tried to find the words.
The girl laughed.
"Don't be. I suppose,
I might have looked like that"
Emiko smiled,
tapped her cheeks twice and nodded.
"Thanks, I'm alright now"
Again she was the girl I met under the bridge.
A thought was going inside my head.
"Maybe I'm thinking too hard."
"For some reason,
I want to see,
what is behind this girls smile"
We continued eating in silence,
I didn't say anything,
She didn't ask me to.
"Let's go. The lesson is about to start."
I felt that if I wouldn't say anything
we would have stayed there for the rest of the day.
"Alright"
Emiko agreed without hesitating.
