Louis' POV

I walked up to Mr. and Mrs. Payne's house, shaking ever so slightly..

"Stupid nerves," I said under my breath as I knocked on the door and fixed my tie and made sure that the flowers were okay.

"Hey Lou! come in come in," Mrs. Payne said

I hugged her and handed her the flowers, "these are for you." I said as we walked into he living room for some tea

Mr. Payne was sitting down and Mrs. Payne sat next to him, and I sat across from them.

"so is everything okay?" Mrs. Payne said, "you said it was about Gi on the phone.." she continued, breaking the awkward silence. I felt my nerves getting to me, nervous as heck.

"yes it is about gi but no don't worry it isn't anything bad," I said, "I just want to do the right thing." Nervously, i looked up after staring at my shoes.

"Okay..." mr Payne said, a bit confused

"okay, so don't hurt me or anything, I'm quite nervous. You both know that I have been dating for a little over two years now, and I want to take it to the next level. I love her dearly and I need to prove it to her. I know she is only 19 and I'm 22, but, I do believe that love conquers all," I started. I looked up to see two pairs of eyes staring at me, interested as to what will happen next, even though I am sure they have a feeling where this is going.

"I want to propose to gi, but not without your permission of course." I continued.

"Oh my god Geoff!" Mrs Payne squealed in excitement

"Karen calm down! and Louis, welcome to the family!" Mr Payne said

I immediately hugged both of them, "thank you, you won't regret this."

"Looks like our baby girl is getting married" mrs Payne said

"I didn't ask her yet, but I can't wait until I do," I smiled

-the next day-

Gi's POV

Today the lads and I are at an interview and then we are going to this charityish thing to prevent suicide. I am going to be one of the speakers. I have my speech set up and I am all ready, I have to do this for the kids out there who are scared to use their voice.

-after interview at charity thingy-

The lads and I were sitting front row, waiting for my cue.

"..There are many many reasons that children are scared to speak up. we have a speaker here with us today that has a very... interesting story. please welcome to the stage, Gi Payne," the introducer person said as I walked up to the podium shaking slightly

"Hi, I'm Gi...."
