Chapter 4 : The Hero That No One Can See

"You call this a food?! It looks like some garbage you just picked out of the garbage can! I asked for Viennoiserie, not this!" A woman shouted.
"B...but mom....i didn't know what a Viennoiserie is....." A little girl said.
"Mayu! How many times i told you to not whining in front of me! Just obey whatever i said or else i will ban you from this house!" Her mom shouted.
"Y..yes! Mom! I will definitely make something nicer! I will clean as many as you want....i'll study hard too...i....will obey you....so...please don't ban me..." little Okazaki said as she holds her mom's hand.
"Get away from me! Don't you ever dare to touch me again!" Her mom shouted again.

"Mom....is always like this.....she used to be nice....she was my role model....she worked as a designer and is super intelligent. The same goes for dad....he's a really amazing violinist, but....the two of them was too busy to talk to each other....all they ever did was fight, maybe that's because they drink too much....i used to live together with my big brother.....everytime my parents fight, big bro always be there to calm their both down....
But one day.....my parents decided to divorce, because my dad cheated on my mom and my mom was....dating bunch of strangers.....my big bro decided to live alone. I begged to live with him but, he said that i will just be a bother to him, so i decided to live with mom.
Mom was always stressed out everyday, until....she gets a mentality disorder....she always goes insane and start seeing me as my dad and started to torture me and forcing me to take care of her....
She always gets a new boyfriend that will just tried to act nice but they were actually just wanted to trick my mom....there's this time where one of my mom's boyfriend tried to seduce me but i get away with it. That time i realized that...i have to die, i can't live like this!
I....run into a truck and i thought i was gonna die but....

My uncle saved me.

I then told him what happened,then he invited me to his house to live in there, i was....trained to be what they called a "hacker". Uncle was really nice to me...until....one day....one of his trusted friend was died because of suicide. That messed up uncle a lot and he gets drunk so oftenly too....he was now in the same condition as my mom....a psychopathic and possessive person....who locked me inside for my whole life.....i can never....see the skies again.....

Somebody......help....."

The girl wrote in her diary. She was crying afterwards.

"Uncle is sleeping again....i guess that means...i can go outside....right? I wanted to see the skies..." A girl said as she slowly opens a door and walked outside.
"Woah! It's so beautiful here!" the girl said.
"Is this...a park?" The girl asked herself.
Then she turned her back to see a giant mansion, the place she used to live in.
"This is....the place where i always live in...?" The girl said as she looked at the mansion. The girl has always been locked up inside so she never knows what the outside world is like. Then she walks into a playground in the park, she saw three kids at her age for the very first time, playing normally as they laughed.
"...kids....they were...kids the same age as me..." the girl said again. Then she walked into the kids.
"Who are you?" Asked one of the kid.
"Woah...she's really pretty! Like a doll!" One of the kids says again.
"She does! Look at that dress! Maybe she was one of the actresses..?" Said one of the kid.

"Actress?" the girl asked herself.
"I should introduce myself." the girl said.
"Ummm...hi....my name is....Okazaki....Okazaki Mayu." The girl said again.
"You live here?" The kid asked again.
"Yeah...with my uncle..." Okazaki said.
"That mean old man live with a talking doll?! I thought he live alone!" the kid gasped.
"....i'm a human..." Okazaki said.
"Really? But your hair and eyes looked just like princess from a storybook! And your name...sounds so unfamiliar..." One of the kid say.
"That's maybe because...i was born in Japan. Uncle brought me here when i was 6." Okazaki said.
"Japan? That's cool!" One of the kid says.
"I have a friend from Japan too! He said that he wanted to be a ninja!" One of the kid says.
"By the way...i haven't introduce myself yet. My name is Shine Kuryuu. I live in that big building over there, my father was a director and my mom is a novelist." Said Shine.
"And i'm Leo Herbert! You can call me Leo, i am one of the actor for Shine's Father's movie. The movie was called Freedom of the Children. Adapted by Shine's Mother's novel too! Isn't that great?" Leo said.
"Awesome! I can't believe children as young as you can act on a film! It's really amazing!" Okazaki said.
"T..thank you..." Leo blushed.
"And my name is Lucy Herbert, Leo's younger sister! I also played a part in the movie too! Nice to meet you! Mayu!" Lucy said as she grinned.
"Ah! I know! Let's play some games before we returned." Shine said.
"Yeah!" Lucy and Leo puts their hand in the air as they said that in sync.
Then, the 3 of them were playing hide and seek, then after a while, they're started growing tired and stopped.

"Ah! I think we have to go! We only allowed to take a 10 minutes break, right?" Leo said as she runs.
"Ah that's right! See you again, Mayu!" Lucy said as she followed her big brother.
"Hey, Okazaki....let's meet here at this park again next time, okay?you're our friend now." Shine said as he smiled.
"Okay" Okazaki answers as Shine runs with Leo and Lucy.
Then, Okazaki comes to play with them whenever her uncle's dozes off at work. Until one day...Shine stopped coming to the park again, Okazaki had no friends but she still comes visiting the park again, waiting for her friends to come back. Until one day, her uncle sent her back to Japan to attend the school for the gifted, Hope's Peak Academy...

"That's the summary of the story!" Kurogi said.
"Ahh....i see...." Said someone unknown as they slurped a cup of tea.
"What a perfect person to be crushed by despair...." The unknown person said again. Later, Evil laughs were heard
from the bottom of the statue.
