I started to walk towards the room that Kevin and Sam were in when I heard a scream. Running down the hall I saw a body laying on the floor, Kevin. His eyes had been burned from his skull.

"Sam!" I called, wondering if he was still in the bunker.

"Yeah, Dean." Sam said, a apple in his hand, which he dropped as he saw the body laying on the floor, "what—what happend?" He asked, his eyes wide as he ran to Kevins aid.

As Sam morned Kevin I quickly cut my hand open, it hurt, but the pain I was used to. Grabbing the blood with my other hand I drew the sidual on the wall.

"Sam!" I said, making him look up at me as I hit the wall, casuing the sidual to start its work.

"Listen, we don't have much time." I said, grabbing Sams shaking arms. "You are not you, there is an angel inside of you, and you need to avict his winged ass out of your body."

"What?" Sam said, tears wtill in his eyes, "Did...did I do this to Kevin?"

"No, no you didn.'t" I said, "we don't have much time!"

"Ok...alright." Sam said, closing his eyes, "get out!" He said, and as he said the words a bright light spilled from Sams throat, exiting through his mouth.

"And stay out!" I called as the last of the angel left him. I hugged Sam as he fell to his knees. The angel hadn't fully restored Sam, but I was happy to know that he was still breathing, and contious, that was a step up from when the angel entered his body.

"I---remember everything." Sam said, his eyes galring at me through slits, "why Dean?" He asked, but he was too weak to hold a grudge, I knew that once he was headled he would have alot more to say, but at least now he was alive and himself again.

I helped Sam to his feet and walked him to the sofa, he fell into a deep sleep as I went to check on Cas.

"Hey, man." I said, "thanks."

"Did it work?" He asked, his voice weaker then before.

"Yeah." I said, but my eyes began to tear up as I thought of Kevin; yet another thing that was my fault. "Kevin...he's dead."

Cas looked at me, his lips gaping open, "i'm so sorry, Dean."

"It's not your fault , Cas." I said, sitting beside Cas, who wraped his arms around me again, "i'm cold." He said, hugging me tight. I hugged him back, tears sliding over my cheeks, wetting the pillows. "shsssss." Cas said, "don't cry, it's not anyones fault." He said, and for some reason his words comphorted me, or manybe it was the manner in which he said them that made all the difference.

"Thank you, Cas, it means alot."

I awoke in the night. I wasn't used to getting a full eight hours due to all the hunting, that meant you never got more then four a night, and I could function on alot less. With everyone around me either dead or sick, I had nothing better to do then sleep. Cas was getting sicker by the day, and I couldn't find one book that told me a cure. I untangled myself from Cas and walked to the washroom, notiving that Sam was no longer on the sofa set my brain into panick mode, that is until I saw a small piece of paper on the pillow.

Dear Dean,

I was ready to die, why can't you ever just let me do what I want? Are you that afraid of being alone? I just can't handle seeing you now, not after all this.

-Sam

I sighed, he had done this before, I knew he would be back, sooner or later.

I turned on the side tabel lamp and kept reading books about angels, then I found it. It was highlighted with a yellow highlighter. "The Fallen Sickness." The section read. My heart started to beat faster and faster as I read, all the symptoms were ones that Cas had! The part that made my heart beat the faster, however, was the bolded section that stated "Cure."

"I have to get him the grace of an angel." A smile spread across my face, but then my mind switched nto gear, "how though?" I thought to myslelf, reading the book cover to cover. I yawned, tomorow I'm off to hunt down an angel.

I awoke beside Cas, he was already awake, "morning sunshine." I smiked. "Last night I did some digging and I found something I think will work." I said.

Cas smiled, then coughed, leaving residue on his sleve again. This time there was alot more blood, "I...feel.....weird." He said, leaning over me, and laying so our bodies made tha letter T.

"What's wrong?" I asked, but before he could answer he was puking up a storm. But, it wasn't just puke, there was loads and loads of blood mixed in. I tapped his back, telling him I was here. "It's ok." I said, "everyone pukes."

"Yes," He said, leaning over again, "but I have never before today." For some reason, him laying over me felt...right...like it was meant to be. I invisioned myself ontop of him, but then shook the imiage from my brain and passed it off as lack of sleep. Finally Cas moved to the spot beside me, "I hope this cure works, because I feel horid." He said, rolling his eyes back and falling alseep.

"Don't worry, it will." I said, almost to myself as I left the room. I went to the kitchen and made Cas some breakfast and grabed two bottles of water so while I was out he would be taken care of.

The angels that had exploded must have died at the hands of other angles, or at least that was what I was going on. I had to find an angel, and fast. I had read in one of the books about a trap that worked on angels that did not include holey fire. It was just drawn on like a devils trap, but instread of a star in the middle, it was a circle within a circle with an X planted through the center. I brought a spray can filled with paint along with an angel blade. I hoped that the book was right, because without Cas up and running, there was no way to get holey fire.

The building had been leaveled, when I got to the site of the exsplotion I noticed that there was still cation tape around the area. Maybe the police thought that it was some nucluar exsplotion and didn't want people to become contaminated.

I walked around, the angels wings were still painted on the ground. That was when I saw it, a trail of blood, but it wasn't just normal blood, it had a slight glow to it. I bent down on my hands and knees and followed the blood. It lead to an abandoned building. Quickly I got up from the ground and walked in the front door, which was half open. The blood lead up some stairs. Qucikly I pulled the angel blade out and had my spray can at the ready.

"Please! Please don't!" I heard a girl scream.

"Then answer the question!" Another girls voice sounded.

I walked as quiet as I could, but the stair still creaked. Finally when I came to the top I looked in the only room that had a light on. A girl stood in the middle of an angels trap, the same one I had intened to use when I caught an angel. She was bound by her hands and feet to the rotten wood floor. Pushing the door open a tad I saw another girl and two men, none of them I recognized, but I could tell from the way they moved that they were also angels.

"I don't have an answer!" The girl cried on her hands and knees.

"I know you know." The women said, pushing a needle into the poor girls brain. She let the loudest scream I had ever heard escape her lips, I closed my eyes and hugged my ears as the scream subsided.

"Tf you don't have an answer, then I guess we don't need you." One of the men said, pulling out his angel blade and ramming it through the poor angels heart. She exsploded in white light.

Quickly I ran from the door, angel blade in hand. I stabbed the women through her heart, cathing her off gard and one of the men. The last man stood still, clearly in shock. I made a run for him and pushed him into the angel trap that the other angel had been bound in previously.

"Please!" The man pleaded, falling to his knees.

I looked at him, feeling remosrse before even doing the deed, but I had to help Cas. "I'm sorry." I said, slitting his throat and putting a vile under the opeing as his grace bleeded from his neck and into the bottle. The man passed out, and I ran from the building, grace in hand.
