"Jessie wait up."my best friend Britney yelled from down the hall I swear this Girl is a living siren.
"Britney why do you have to be so loud,"I ask in a whisper yell tone."Because you were way up here and I was way down there."she said.
"Whatever c'mon I don't wanna be late."
I drag her to the chemistry lab.
"So...."
Britney started off you.
"You going to party with me tonight right."
"Uh no I am not going to some useless party when I could be home watching Netflix or studying."I said to her and started flipping through the text book pages I mean.... Why would I go to some dumb party where teenagers get drunk, sucking out random people faces and sweating people be grinding on each other.
"you know it won't kill you if you just come to the party I mean what could go wrong."
"99% percent of the movies I watch when they say that something always go wrong." I said glaring at her
"Ughh here you go again always thinking negative can't you just think positive for once."
"I am just stating the facts here."
"Ughh whatever let not talk about this ....now."
"Good idea now get cracking."
Imagine me at a party....
I would rather stay home stuff my face with pizza and watch Netflix. Either way I got too many assignment to waste my precious time at a stupid party.I push that thought away and put my glasses on yes I wear glasses but I do have contact is just that if I put them on people would be staring at me at I hate attention.I snap out of my thought when the bell ring signalizing its lunch time. I put my books in my back and headed out with britney behind me she is such a slow poke.
That's when I saw lacy my other best friend/neighbour talking to her crush Jayden.she can't even stop smiling.
That's when I walked up to her
"Hey lacy who yah talking to?"she give me a glare that could put me 6feet under ground but I simply smile at her
"Uh this is Jayden my partner for a project were just discussing some....stuff?"that's when her cheek start to heat up
"Stuff huh any way I'm going for lun-" that when Britney cut me off
"Lacy they're serving pizza today will you just tell your boyfriend here to talk to you later." Britney and her big mouth that's when lacy gave her the I'm-gonna-kill-you-look.
Then lacy looks at Jayden and said,
"Amma just text you where we should meet you for the project."
He just nods and walk off.
Then lacy look at us.
"What the fuck guys do you like embarrassing me in front of every guys I talk tuh ughh." She pushed pass us and walk in the cafeteria
"Way to go Britney because of your big mouth lacy is mad at us."I snapped at Britney.
"WHAT! Don't blame this on me alone she's mad at u too."she snap back
I hesitated for a moment
"Well...u pushed it too far."I said and walk off in the cafeteria and that when i spot lacy at our normal spot.
"Hey." I started off softly but she didn't answer.
"Look we're sorry for butting in with your convo with Jayden." We both look down sadly at the table.
That's when she broke the silence.
"You guys are forgiven but if you ever do it again I'm going to humiliate you guys in front of the whole school and put it on my YouTube Channel."
Britney and I sat there with our mouth hang open. What the fuck she doesn't even have a YouTube channel
"Guys I'm joking now close your mouth before a fly goes in it and no I don't have an YouTube channel."
We both laughed then I took out my lunch from out my bag. I brought an apple,an salad and a bag on skittles don't ask me why but I'm afraid of the cafeteria food the last time I bought from there I was sick for days.
"So Lacy you coming to the party tonight its keeping at Kylie house." She asked as she took a big bite of her pizza.
"Well...who isn't."
"This nerd over here."Britney said and glance at me
"I am not a nerd okay...I just like reading books...studying and...." I trailed off
She just roll her eyes at me and took a sip of her drinks.
Then Lacy looked at me.
"You are going to that party and that's final."
