Forgotten Ocean Klance (On hold)

Chapter two

Keith's pov
"Thank you" the boy says In a calm voice. I then get pulled into the water." Wait-NO!" I yell as I fall into the water. I suddenly open my eyes underwater. I breath in the water not choking and watch as my ears and legs start to sparkle.

Lances pov
I watch in amazement as the boys legs and ears started to sparkle. He starts swimming away with his legs and ears still sparkling. He swims slowly at first but gets faster as a tail forms on him. I keep staring in amazement.

I then yell "Wait!" He turns around wide eyed when he sees me. I swim toward him. "How are you human and Merfolk?" I ask him wanting to know more. He backs away from me "erm.. uh.."he says.. "Y-you don't need to answer me! I'm just amazed by how you turn into a merman when you touch water!" I say. "Uh.. If you want to know my mom was a mermaid and my dad was human..." He says softly "really! That must be cool!
I say with a smile.

He smiles back at me. "Oh right! My name is Lance!" I say. "O-oh I'm Keith." He says with a cute stutter..

"oh right! Want me to show you around Altea?" "Altea?" He says slightly confused. "Altea is the Merfolk kingdom. I'm a prince there so I'm allowed to go across the barrier." "Oh! Altea. My mom talked about Altea to me. She said Altea was a beautiful and peaceful place but The galra attacked. allies of Altea attacked them. She said she didn't want to be apart of the plan so she and other galra formed a group called the blade of momora and fought with you guys" he said like he knew the story by heart. "That's true but galra haven't attacked in at least 8 years ( I would say ten thousand years but that would just be unrealistic for Keith's mom to be living for that long) well at least that's what the elders of Altea say." "Oh. Well uh you can show me around Altea now." He said. "Oh right follow me!" I say swimming as fast as I can.

I grow wide eyed as Keith passes me. "How come you can swim so fast!" I yell swimming faster. "What you call this fast?" He says. "Well duh! I'm one of the most fastest swimmers in Altea!" I yell "Pfft yeah right! I can swim faster if you want me too" he says back "No way!" "Yes way!" He says while speeding up.

By the time he slows down to get next to me we were already at Altea. "Uh what's with the barrier?" "It's for if galra attack again" "oh" I go through the barrier. "Come on!" I say "uh I'm nervous.." He says. I go to the side of the barrier Keith's in. "Come on I'll go with you. I say as I start swimming with him.

Keith's pov
I touch the barrier. "Galra blood detected. Say name" a voice says out of nowhere. I look at Lance. He shrugs. "Please say name." The voice says. "Follow me" Lance tells me. I nod. We start swimming hand in hand toward the side of Altea. We approach a pile of seaweed. "Here we go!" Lance says as we dive into the pile of seaweed. I close my eyes thinking we were gonna hit ground but then realize we're going down a tunnel. "Where are we going?" I ask. "We're going through a place I found that lead to the inside of Altea. Apparently parts of the barrier broke when the galra attacked so I guess they never noticed this part of the barrier. "

we finally come to a stop and swim up to a hole "this way." Lance says as he goes through the hole. I follow him and we enter a crowded place full of merfolks. "This is the food market" Lance says. "Hunters are allowed to go out in the open ocean to catch. Fish and bring it to the market and they get paid for it." Lance says as we swim to a less crowded place. "This is the mall. It's for female and male merfolks to buy necklaces for cover their upper body if they don't feel comfortable showing it." We swim to a place where there are kid Merfolk and adult mermaids and mermen. "This is the park a place for hanging out or just to play at. There's more than just Altea in this world there's more places out in the ocean." Lance says. "Yeah it would be nice to explore the world" I say back to him.

"Oh yeah here's the castle!" Lance says as he points to a massive castle. "Woah you live in there?" I say in amazement. " Yep. let's go!" Lance says eagerly. I nod swimming faster than him. "HEY NO FAIR!!! I laugh looking at him. I then bump into someone. I turn around. "A-ah sorry I wasn't looking were I was going." The man looked down at me and smiled. He had. A spear a scar across his nose and white and black hair. "It's no Biggie"he said with a fatherly like laugh. "Keith How can you swim so fast without getting tired!?" Lance said in between gasps and pants. I laughed at how tired Lance was. "Oh Hi lance!" The man says with a wave. "Hi shiro." Lance says. "Keith this is shiro. Shiro this is Keith." I wave at him. We have a small chat and tall about each other. "Oh right I need to go get something for my mother I'll see you guys another time" Shiro says with a smile. "Cya shiro!" Lance yells. We then open the doors of the castle and go in.
