harry's eyes opened slowly, looking over to see simon. he was fully clothed already and had his headset in whilst one of his monitors was jamming music and the other had an editing software opening. harold smiled, grabbing at his phone to scroll through for awhile before deciding wether to get up or to slumber a little longer.

he saw just the basic instagram notifications, but then he saw a dm from someone he wasn't expecting.

zerkaahd

he swiped left on his phone, and looked up once more to see simon completely oblivious to his awakening. harry puts in his passcode and the instagram app opens.

zerkaahd

are you awake?

now i am, why?

when did you even get here?

i got here yesterday? wouldn't simon tell you i was here?

apparently he didn't. we don't talk like we used to.

oh, i'm sorry

could we talk?

alright, i guess

meet me downstairs in 15

harry turned off his phone and laid back down, turning to see simon humming a tune that harry couldn't recognize but he strangely enjoyed the sounds coming from his closed mouth.

he stops admiring the silver-haired boy after a minute and looks around him before he notices the pillows laying beside him. he picks one up chucking it at the back of simon's chair, giggling as he's done so.

simon turns around, obviously feeling the blow to the back of his chair and grins once he sees that the blonde is awake.

"you slept for awhile." simon said, softly glaring at the boy halfway across the room. harry scoffs, than notices simon stand up making his way to the side harry was laying on.

"have you even slept?" harry frowned. simon looked pretty tired, his features dull and eyes droopy. he shook his head as harry placed his small palm on his cheek.

"you can't stress yourself out like this. sleep please?" harry said, staring into the dull azure eyes in front of him. simon smirked, nodding as harold placed a kiss to his opposite cheek. he pulls him down onto the bed. before getting up himself and laying the duvet flat on the lanky boy's frame.
simon looked at him confused.

"where are you going?" he questioned, snuggling into the pillows whilst harry grabs his phone.

"i can't just be locked up in here all day can i?" harry sasses, going towards the big doors as he doesn't hear the other protest. he walks through the door, finding himself drape down the stairs as well.

he searches for the kitchen, and remembers seeing it when he walked in. he rummages through the multiple room upon the mansion and finally finds the kitchen where josh sat there on his phone.

he looked as he was going out soon. classic black jeans with a tshirt that had the words 'sdmn' sprawled out on it. he flicked his head up, noticing harry standing there in the flesh, still with his big pink hoodie on.

they stare at each other for a few minutes before the blonde decides to speak up.

"so, what did you want to talk about?" harry said awkwardly, swaying on his heels. he looked around the room, particularly not wanting to look straight at joshua's face again.

"you know you can sit down right?" josh said deeply. his voice sounded more raspy than it did yesterday but harry dismissed it, not really caring for it. harry's cheeks beamed a brighter red, cursing silently at himself for being so dumb.

he took a seat on the bar stool opposite of josh and continued to look down at his lap not wanting to look up. but joshua was the complete opposite. he stared at harold in amazement. he looked so gorgeous, and dazzling that his mind was slightly boggled.

"i- simon isn't who you think he is." harry's head snapped up when he heard those words escape josh's mouth he raised a brow, now looking at him directly in the face.
"simon's done some bad things, things you wouldn't forgive him for."

for some reason harry called bullshit. he didn't believe one word leaving the bearded man's lips but continued to let him babble nonsense.

"he just going to let you down. i wouldn't do that to you. i don't think simon is right for you." he finished. that's what got harry mad.

he had fought for simon for awhile and for him to completely dismiss that was frustrating. he couldn't say josh didn't know him because if anything it was him who didn't know anything. harry was the oblivious one but he had refused to agree to that. he believe he knew simon.

"you're choosing the wrong guy. i could be your boyfriend. not him, harry trust me." josh said, he gently reached for harry's arms. he stroked them as harry stood there bewildered.
he was confused, and anxious. and worried. very worried.

he was worried that maybe josh was right, that simon isn't right for him. he was worried simon would mistreat him, maybe not even purposely. he was worried simon wasn't what harry made him out to be.

but he came to his senses and realizes that josh isn't in this relationship and he doesn't know one. damn. thing.

harry pulls his arms back, obviously taking josh by surprise. he stands up with a stern face turning around to head back upstairs. josh frowns speaking one last sentence.

"please come to your senses, harry." josh pleaded but harry only sighed and rushed back upstairs. he quietly pushed the doors open, noticing m passed out cold as he goes to his suitcase, choosing out a pair of black skinny jeans and a bright yellow hoodie. he quickly stripped down in the middle of the room, seeing as simon was asleep. he sat back on the bed, lingering in his clothes just in case he decides to storm off.

harry just wants to enjoy the time he has with simon before it all gets fucked up. because he knows it's going to happen one way or another.
