7 years later
Wow, 7 years I lived in the cave. I know every secret rooms passage and the best way to sneak out of the cave. But something was missing. I was eventually allowed outside but only when helping out the league. Oh, I forgot to mention one day I saved the league and whenever any of the league members needed help I would answer their calls. Batman told me I had to come up with a name so my superhero name is Midnight. I know all the league members names even Batman and surprisingly he was the first one to tell me his name. Today was moving day. The Justice League is moving their headquarters into space and leaving the cave. Me being the league's kid I had access to their new headquarters. Leaving the cave is hard but not as hard as fight villains by yourself. And that's when I had an idea. I knew that some of the league members had sidekicks like Green Arrow, Flash, Aquaman, and Batman. So had the idea of putting all of us together as a team. A chance to be around people my age. But I need it to be official. And today is my only chance. I knew the league had a meeting now and that's where I'll tell them my plan.
"Good your all in here," I said walking into the room
"Lucy can't it wait we're in a meeting," Batman said
"Sorry but this is my only chance. I have an idea and I want you guys to hear it out"
"Lucy not now we need to find out what we're doing with you and the cave" Wonder Woman said
"And that's what my plans about. It involves me and the cave"
"We can at least hear her out," Superman says turning to Batman
"Fine. What's your plan" Batman said
"Yes. Okay, so you know how if you're on a mission but there's another problem and you send me out. Well it's not easy fighting by yourself at the age of 14 so I thought to have another league"
"Another League" Black Canary said
"A younger league"
"Who would be in this league," Green Arrow said
"Aqualad, Speedy, Kid Flash, and Robin"
"But then who would fight next to us" flash said
"They still can but this will let them fight as a team and not just sidekicks"
"But where would the base be"
"The old Justice League headquarters it will become the young justices headquarters. This way I can still live there and I won't be alone"
"Do you really think it's going to work?" Wonder Woman asked
"I'm not sure but we have to try"
"Lucy you haven't gotten all your powers yet. Something could happen and the team can be put in danger" Hawkgirl said
"Our whole life is dangerous but we still live them. I can't hide in fear for my whole life. The only reason I go out because it's a mission. I never been outside or been with people my age. This team will give me the chance to live in the cave and have friends"
"I like the idea. Speedy hates being called sidekicks and this opportunity will let them fight as a team" Green Arrow said
"We'll have a vote. Say I if you agree" Batman said and all the league members said me
"YES"
"But," Batman said
"Oh no"
"You can't tell them about your powers or what happened to you"
"But what happens if they asked why I stay with you guys"
"You're a smart girl you can figure it out," Wonder Woman said
"Sorry for disturbing your meeting. Bye" I said walking out
