August POV
It's been 3 years since everything happened. I haven't saw Journey. I think about her everyday. Auden is 3 she's going to be 4 in two days. My princess getting big it's fucked up that Journey can't be here to see our daughter grow up. She made that choice to leave without telling anyone. She went missing 4 days after her coma. We had search parties everywhere. They gave up when she texted her mom saying she's ok and shit. Journey 19 now she's still young. But forget that I have a girlfriend I love her so much. Her name is Diamond I met her at the mall she was looking bad.
Auden: daddy
Me: what's up baby girl
She jumped on my lap smiling. She looks like Journey so much.
Auden: can you make me some chili cheese fries
Me: ( smiles ) so that's what you decided you wanted for lunch
Auden: yes you said it's my mommy favorite food
Me: ahh you remember
Auden: yep ( smiles )
Me: want to make it the easy way or the hard way
Auden: hard ( giggles )
Than Diamond came downstairs looking sexy.
Diamond: morning boo
Me: good Afternoon baby you slept until the evening
Diamond: I just be tired
Me: yeah
I looked at her and kissed her she was so sexy man.
Auden: daddy here
She handed me ground beef smiling. I picked her up and sat her on the island.
Me: your mommy would be proud of you
Auden: daddy do you still love my mommy
Diamond eyeballed me and I looked back at Auden.
Me: I love your mom
Auden: why did she leave me
Me: she didn't she just didn't feel comfortable with herself and left but one day she'll be back
Auden: ( smiles ) is mommy beautiful
Me: yes your her reflection
She smiled at me and this is the first time she asked me these questions without me feeling bad.
Diamond: Auden you look pretty
Auden: thank you Diamond
Diamond POV
I want Auden to like me so I can marry August I love him so much. I'm mad he told Auden about her mom like really I can be her new mom plus her mom wasn't even that cute. I hope she starts calling me mommy.
Auden: Diamond when are we going shopping
Me: I don't know baby when ever your daddy give me money
August: ( smiles ) tall already got to many clothes
Auden: no daddy you do
Me: right
August: because daddy got on tour and
Auden: ( giggles )
He picked her up and kissed her I have to admit he's a good dad.
