I wrote this one years ago so it might suck lol
"WHERE THE FUCK IS HE?! HE IS THE ONE WHO DID THIS," she pointed a finger at her swollen stomach, "TO ME!"
"Please! Just breath!" Karin Uzumaki ran around, preparing blankets and trays. Orochimaru stood off to the side, observing the situation quietly, slightly amused.
"You're going to let everyone in a thirty mile radius know that you're giving birth... and we're underground," he stated dryly.
"Well let me know how much pain you feel when you give birth!"
"Geez, what the– ah!" A white haired boy stepped into the room, a large sword on his back. His face flushed crimson. Her legs were wide open as Karin knelt down in between them to check to see how dilated she was.
"I- I better go-"
"Suigetsu!" He bristled as the red haired woman seethed at him. "You better not leave. Since Orochimaru over there isn't helping me, I need your help as much as I hate to say it," she bit out.
Yamato stood in the corner, watching silently. His ears were ringing from all of her cries of agony. He was starting to understand why so many women hated when men complained about pain.
The girl finally settled down, breathing according to Karin's instructions. "Did- did you send a message to my father?" She asked the almond eyed man.
"Yes, he sent a message back saying he can't wait to see the baby," he gave her a reassuring smile. This gave her some level of relief, but not enough to ease the pain. She'd been in labor for a full twenty four hours, she wanted that baby out of her.
"Dammit, where's Sasuke? He said he would be back soon, it's been two days!"
"Suigetsu, wet a towel and place it over her head!"
"No!"
"DO IT!"
"O-okay, fine!" He ran over to a table and plucked a towel from a small pile and used the water generated from his body, then placed it on her forehead.
"I never saw Sasuke as a family man," he mumbled thoughtfully, eyeing her swollen stomach.
"He was always saying that he wanted to revive his clan," Karin looked up at the boy.
"So you're saying he only married her because he needed someone to bare his children?"
"Wha- Suigetsu! HOW DARE YOU—" Karin began to scold him, rather violently, Yuzuki thought. Her dark eyes danced in amusement at their usual antics. She watched the Uzumaki swing her fist at the man, connecting with his liquified head instead of his skull.
It made her almost laugh, but she was cut off from doing so when another painful contraction rolled through. "Ung," she groaned, pinching her eyes shut. Karin switched into doctor mode almost instantly, which was slightly frightening. How could someone change their mood so quickly?
"Alright, you're fully dilated, you can start pushing."
"Oh, thank god!"
Suigetsu, be a stand in for Sasuke," Karin knelt back down between her legs, slipping on a pair of gloves.
"Why me?!"
"Just do it!"
The boy sighed, standing beside the girl taking her hand. "I'm sorry," she whispered. Suigetsu gave her an odd look before Karin told her to push. Then he understood why she had said sorry.
"Dammit," he hissed, looking at his broken fingers.
"Sorry," she said again.
"I can't really blame a woman giving birth, can I?"
He gave her the same hand, and felt the pain as she kept pushing. By the time the baby's cry pierced the air, he was on his knees. "I would cry, but I can't spare the moisture," he nursed his throbbing fingers.
Karin wrapped the baby in a blanket provided by Orchimaru-- little white snakes were printed on the fabric-- and held it out for Yuzuki to take. "It's a girl," she smiled, letting the baby go as she handed it to the woman.
Yuzuki looked down at her baby. Love was the first feeling she felt as she gazed down at the tiny child. Her breathing was faster than she thought it should be. She didn't think that she herself breathed like that normally, "Is she going to be okay?"
"She's going to be fine, babies have faster heart rates than adults."
"Wow, so that's what a baby looks like, huh. I thought they'd be less ugly." Suigetsu's eyes peered down at the small child with curiosity and slight distaste.
Karin shot him a withering glare and he paled. Yuzuki ignored the exchange, her focus only on the child in her arms. Yamato walked over, sneaking a peak at the newest Uchiha. "Hm, it seems she didn't inherit the Hatake hair. Did she inherit the Sharingan?" Yamato was worried that the baby wouldn't have the Dōjutsu. There was a chance that Sasuke would be disappointed. He hoped that wouldn't be the case.
"It doesn't matter." She murmured, smiling softly down at the newest addition to the Uchiha family.
The door opened, revealing the Uchiha that was minutes late for the arrival of his child. "Sasuke, what timing," the snake man walked towards him, stopping adjacent to him. "It seems you missed the arrival of your child."
The Uchiha exhaled noticeably, his skin turning pale.
"Good job, Sasuke," Suigestu drawled, giving his shoulder a shake and a squeeze as he left the room.
Karin stopped before him, "She seems to be doing fine, just call for me if anything seems off with Yuzuki or the baby."
He nodded his head, watching as Yamato left the room to follow Orochimaru.
Sasuke closed the door, finally facing his wife. There was a small bundle in her arms, when he saw a little arm waving about his heart clenched. There was a small cry and he was by Yuzuki's side in a second, looking down at the small bundle that fussed in her arms.
"It's a girl," she spoke, cradling the baby. He was ecstatic.
He pulled a chair over and sat down in it, "I'm sorry I took so long. And now I see I should have come sooner." There was guilt in his voice, and a hint of disappointment.
"Don't worry, you couldn't have known," the woman finally faced him, pure joy in her tired eyes.
"Can I hold her while you rest?"
"Uh, sure," the woman kissed the child on the forehead, letting her go for the first time since she was born. Sasuke handled the baby as if she were something fragile, he held her close to his chest. "Thank you, Sasuke," whispered Yuzuki, closing her eyes.
The Uchiha smiled down at the bundle in his arms, her arms flailing about. Then her eyes opened, revealing a shining obsidian color that glinted from the dim lights in the room. Although their eyes were the same color, they were completely different otherwise. They held the same innocence and warmth that Yuzuki sometimes still exhibited. He immediately fell in love. She was perfect. "Just wait until your mother sees your eyes, Sarada."
