THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY

Playing with me....

Decisions..... sometimes you are doing it for the people you love, most of the times you are thinking for yourself. The decision I made is for my brother, he's been nothing but good, loving and understanding brother. Since the  incident that happened to our family years ago, he's been the one who played the role of a parent for me. I wanted him to be happy, I wanted him to feel loved and beloved by someone who he truly cares for. Seeing how he act with Gigi's presence I can surely say that the relationship they have is more than serious. I remembered Zayn telling me that he's been saving up for something big, and I think he is going to propose anytime now.

The laughter's I can hear now is a melodic sound of love to my ears. That's how I can remembered our parents, so madly in love to each other, until the very end of their life they are holding each other until their last breath. Thoughts keep flooding my mind until I check the time that read 12:25 am. SHIT! I need to be ready before 5 in the morning. I close my eyes shutting everything.

Ringggggg! Ringggggg!

I woke up just after the second ring of my alarm clock, I can already hear laughters from downstairs, guess they are already up this time. I prepared myself for another school day. THINK HARD KENDALL, TWOOOO months left. Two months of searching a part time job and searching an apartment to stay in though its against Zayn's wants I badly needed this for myself. I am a grown up woman, I can handle everything on my own.

I wore my favorite white tee and ripped skinny jeans. I keep on searching for my red converse but ended up wearing my white vans, I wonder if Emily borrowed my red converse or I just misplaced it again since its already been months since I wore that thing.

SHIT!!!!! 6:15 I spent too much time in the shower. Thoughts keep flooding my mind and I need to focus on something for now. I entered the kitchen to see Gigi and Zayn making toast and eggs.

"Hi" Gigi said, I respond with a polite nod and smile

"Here, eat first before you go to school. Will Emily fetch you today?"

"Thanks. Hmmmmm, actually no. I told her that I don't need a drive today, I thought that you can drive me to school but that's before I found out that you are expecting visitors and I forgot to message Emily to yesterday that I changed my mind"

"I already made plans with Gigi and we cannot just cancel this because we already paid for this and I cannot just leave you like this, maybe I can drive you first before heading to our destination" Zayn says with frustration in his voice

"Babe, I think we can spare some time before we head to our destination, you can drive her first while I'm packing our things"

"Zayn, don't stress yourself out, it's just a simple thing. I can just ride the bus today. And its a 45 minutes drive so just prepare yourself I know that you are dreading for this day to come for a long time now" I know Zayn why you are frustrated maybe this is the day he will propose to her. Oh, I cannot wait for their big announcement

"No, riding a bus is a NO-NO. Wait me here, I will ready myself first" Zayn says and walking past Harry who just entered the kitchen

"Hey, lil bro, I can see that you are already dress. Did you packed your clothes already, we will stay there for 3 days I think" Gigi said to her brother who bite a mouthful of toast and eggs to his mouth. Seeing the yolk burst to his mouth and drools to the side of his lips makes me want to reach and lick the juices coming from the egg. He lick the side of his lips and I felt a shiver down my spine when he slowly lick and bite his bottom lip. I stopped from my little trance when I saw the pink lips turn to a smirk.

"Enjoying the show, huh?'' said the boy with a weird accent

I cleared my throat and drinks a full glass of milk. He continue his torture remarks by saying

"How erotic seeing you with a mouthful of white liquids" he says with a wink

"can you please wipe of that smirk that is making me uncomfortable" I told him that made his smirk more prominent on his beautiful face

What the hell!!! It's not a compliment believe me. I found him so.... so... so gross!

Admit it Ken, you found him so HOT!  His sole presence is a definition of being hot.

"Stop with you perverted comments, Gigi here will misunderstand it and will think of his brother as the gross man who can't keep his words to himself"

"But it's just the two of us now darling. See. You did not realize that Gigi already left us, since you are too busy studying my lips and thinking this lips touches your bare skin" He said that make me look in the whole kitchen that made me realized that the only person here now was the both of us.

"Where did Gigi go?" I am trying to dropped the uncomfortable topic

"Zayn called him from upstairs. I heard that Zayn repeatedly says sorry because he needs to do his duties as your brother first" Gladly he dropped the torturous conversation, but I know that this is just the beginning

"That idiot! I told him that I can take the bus. SHIT!!" I glanced at my wrist watch that reads 6:40

"ZAYN!!!" I called for him. Seconds after he rushes from upstairs." I told you that I can just take the bus, and its already 6:40 I needed to be in school at exactly 7" I kissed him in the cheek and waved him goodbye "Taking a bus is not dangerous Zayn" I told him firmly

"Wait!" Harry said that made me stop on my tracks

"Yeah?" I asked him

"You are going to your school?" I nod " I am also heading there" Harry said

"I thought you are coming with us?" Zayn ask

"I better be searching for schools now and some potential part time jobs. I don't want to be a third wheel, it's very uncomfortable" Harry explains himself to Zayn

"But what will I tell Gigi?" Zayn worries

"Just come up with some reasons, I know that you also wanted to be with her alone, tell her also that I am already a man now that doesn't need a nanny that follows me anywhere" Harry chuckles and Zayn laughed

"I will roam around town for today and I will drive Kendall here to her school now" Harry continued "We better go now, just tell Gigi what I told you and make her understand my point" We both waved Zayn goodbye as he shouted Take Care
