Sexy back

Right after I finished fixing myself, I gathered all my stuffs for my class. I'm a 3rd year medicine student dito sa St. Benedict College. The reason why I wanted to be in line with medicine is that, my Mom, Celina Salva, is a surgeon. I wanted to be like her. My mom died after giving birth to me. I've got to see her beautiful face in pictures only. My favorite picture of Mommy Celina was the one that she's wearing her lab gown na hiningi ko kay Dad and put it to my wallet. She's my inspiration. Na if every time I was so stressed na in school, titingnan ko lang ang napakabait niyang mukha sa wallet ko and then viola! I'm suddenly relieved.

"Do you miss her na?" aniya ni Yvanna sa akin habang napapalalim na pala yung pag-iisip ko. I have tendencies like this. I usually overthink, hindi ko nalang namamalayan, nakatulala na pala ako.

"I'm missing her everyday naman Vann. You know that." I said slightly smiling. "Hindi lang talaga mawala sa isip ko na siguro if Mom's alive, she'll be my number one motivator. Kasi, field niya itong tinatahak ko."

"You're not alone naman. I'm here. Andito rin si Mommy Mercelle at si Daddy Kiko and most specially si Tito Alex. Ilang beses ko bang sabihin sa'yo na you're so very lucky kaya to have Tito Alex as your Daddy kasi super supportive siya sa'yo in whatever you do." sagot ni Yvanna sa akin bago ito bumuntong-hininga.

True! Daddy Alex is the bestest Dad for me. He actually doesn't easily decide with his own lang, he always ask for my opinion kung anong gusto ko and such. Like, of course! He wanted me to take business course para raw sa future ng business namin which is the Salva Group of Hotels and Resorts, but he asked first what course yung gusto ko and when I said I wanted to be like mom, hindi na siya nakipag argue pa with me. Unlike Yvanna na talagang finorce siya to take Business Management kasi kung hindi it's either she'll stay home forever or maging etiquette teacher siya like her mom. Sabi niya pa, mas gugustuhin niya raw mag stay sa bahay nila forever rather than be an "effin' etiquette teacher" as I quote. But staying in house forever means no night life for her too. So, Yvanna left with no choice at nag take ng Business and Management instead. Coz, Yvanna would not be Yvanna without her club escapades. Tsk!

"Yeah! Whatever Vann, hayaan mo na nga lang ako. I'm just being emotional. I have two exams to take kasi ngayon." I really hate examinations. These reminds me always na malapit na naman matapos ang semester, I've got to know my grades at mafru- frustrate na naman ako.

"Haynako! Good thing, tinapos ko na lahat kahapon yung akin so I'm super stress free na. Last mo narin today diba? And saturday bukas! So let's call it a night out later?" she said to me. See? Such a party girl.

"Hmm. Oo na! Oo na! I know naman you're stressed kasi may rumored girlfriend yung long-time crush mo." I said quoting my finger in the air. "Stressed rin ako sa school so fine! Let's party tonight ~" sabi ko in my sing song voice.

"Yey! I'm so exited." Yvanna jumped in glee. So, I jumped with her too. Well, we can be childish at times too. "Okay then. Let's meet there nalang? I gotta rest my beauty cous, bye." sabi niya while kissing me on my cheek.

"Okay. Bye!" I waved my hand to her. Nagpatuloy ako sa paglalakad when I remembered something. Oh shit! Wala nga pala akong sundo ngayon. How will I be able to go to Ecstasy Lounge tonight? Kaya imbes magpatuloy, nilingon ko si Yvanna to tell her na sabay nalang sana kami kasi wala akong sasakyan. But it's way too late. Di bale na nga! I'll commute nalang. Babalik na sana ako sa paglalakad when someone's voice echoed,

"Uyy Klein, congrats. Team Captain!" said the familiar boy from the basketball team tsaka ng fist bomb sa lalakeng kaharap ko ngunit nakatalikod sa akin. Hmmmm, so he's Klein pala. The new team captain. Hindi parin talaga ako maka get over sa ganda ng pangalan niya. Idagdag mo pa yung sexy back niya ngayon habang nakatalikod sa akin. Parang konting-konti nalang, maniniwala na talaga akong hottest siya. Wait -- what?

Did I just gave a compliment sa taong nagagandahan ako sa pangalan at naseseksihan ako sa likod? That fast!? Ehh, hindi ko pa nga nakikita yung mukha. Pa'no nalang pala if I got to see him na in person? Tapos totoong gwapo siya? The thought of it suddenly made me blush. Oh my gosh! What's happening to me?
