Carols POV:-

---------------------------------------------

It had been an hour since James went for a walk and I was starting to get worried and by the looks of it so were the others.

Since he left it had been silent. There would be the odd comments here or there about the band or about how good Starbucks was and Connor would occasionally bring up chips which resulted in him and Chloe both drooling over how 'good chips would be right now' or how they were 'craving chips'.

I swear they need to just get together already! I can tell they like each other but I guess they are both too scared to admit it.

"Guys, I'm going to go and find James, I'm getting worried and it's getting late" I told the others as I was getting up from my seat, breaking the silence that had filled the table we were sat at.

"Erm, wait, we'll come too" Connor said, the others gave a series of 'yeahs' before we all left in search for James.

"Where could he be?" Chloe asked looking around the busy streets. "Maybe we should try his house? He might have gone home?" Tristan questioned and with that we started heading towards James' house.

On route to James' we had to pass the recording studio and a cute little park that me and James first met at.

Flashback

I was sitting in my room watching the Harry potter films when my little sister barged in.

"Carol, do you want to go to the park?" She asked with puppy dog eyes. Looking out my window I seen that it was a clear sunny day so I might as well. "Fine!" I exclaimed before putting my shoes on and grabbing my phone from my bedside table.

"Bye mum!" I shouted before closing the door.

We arrived at the park and I went and sat on the bench and flicked through twitter as I find parks slightly boring.

About 10 minutes later this tall figure sat next to me on the bench.

I turned around to see a blondish haired boy with blue eyes just staring at me. I mean I didn't mind, he was hot but I still thought it was kind of creepy.

"Erm, hi can I help you?" I asked raising an eyebrow. "Oh sorry, I'm James, James McVey." He replied trying to do a James Bond impression and when I say trying, I mean failing.

I couldn't help but laugh and he laughed too obviously realising how ridiculous he sounded.

"I'm Carol" I said as I stopped laughing.

"So Carol, what brings you here?" He says winking at me.

"Hey, don't flatter yourself I didn't come here to meet a cute boy like you" I say before quickly shoving my hands over my mouth. Why did I say that? You idiot! He's gonna think your a creep now!

"Oh you think I'm cute do you?" He replied giving me a cheeky smile.

"Ew no" I said laughing and turning back to face my phone.

"Lyings bad Carol" he said as I looked back up at him and he had a serious look on his face before bursting into fits of laughter.

Suddenly my sister came over. "Carol, can we go home now?" She asks tugging at my arm. "Sure bye James" I reply giving him a smile and standing up.

"Wait, can I have your number?" He asks. After exchanging numbers I left the park, making my way home.

Flashback over

Since that day me and James haven't spent a day apart.

Just as we neared the park, stopping along the way for the boys to take pictures with some fans, I seen James sat on a bench but he wasn't alone.
