You wound up in Obelisk due to not only your dueling test but your written test as well. When you entered your room, you were amazed by the bedroom. It had a large bed on one side of the room and a desk in a corner, it also had a balcony that gave you an amazing view of the island. Your peace was interrupted when you felt someone tap your shoulder. You turn and see a guy with black hair and a funny looking hair style
Y/N: Can I help you?
Chazz: Listen up, punk. You may have gotten in Obelisk but to me you're nothing more than a wannabe who doesn't deserve that blue jacket.
Y/N: I earned my place in this school, fair and square. If you don't like that then oh well. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to enjoy my new room.
And with that you push Chazz out of your room and shut the door in his face, locking it.
Chazz: This isn't over you poser!
You wait until you hear Chazz leave and you start to unpack. You didn't bring a lot but one thing you refused to separate from was a blank card your father gave you. You still remember when he gave it to you.
(Flashback)
Dad: Y/N, one day, you'll be the one entertaining people with dueling. And I know that some challenges may occur. But this card will light your darkest hour.
He hands you the card.
Young Y/N: But it's blank.
Dad: The card's true form will reveal itself to you when you're ready.
(End of Flashback)
When your dad dueled, he always put on a show. He and his Spellcaster Deck always grasped the audience's attention. You were pulled out of your thoughts when you heard a knock on the door. You open it to reveal Zane.
Zane: Hello. May I come in?
Y/N: Sure. You're not going to bother me like that other guy right?
Zane: You mean Chazz. He is a bit... Much. Anyway. I wanted to welcome you to Obelisk.
Y/N: Thanks.
Zane: And if you wouldn't mind, I would like to challenge you to a duel.
Y/N: Sure. I don't mind.
The two of you went outside of the Obelisk dorms and when people saw the two of you they started to talk amongst themselves.
Student 1: That guy is going up against Zane Truesdale?
Student 2: Zane will crush him.
Y/N & Zane: Duel!
Y/N LP: 4000
Zane LP: 4000
Y/N: Allow me to start things off. And I'm going to summon my Elemental Hero Lady Heat in attack mode.
A woman in white, orange, and red appears on your field.

Y/N: I'll then place two cards face down and end. And Lady Heat's effect deals you 200 points of damage for each Elemental Hero I control. Your turn.
Zane LP: 4000--->3800
Alexis: It was only the first turn and he already dealt damage.
Zane: I draw. Since you control a monster and I don't I can Special Summon Cyber Dragon in attack mode!
A mechanical serpent appears on Zane's field.
