Party Time

We got the living room cleared just in time too because as I was  taking the last gift up stairs mom  and dad walked in. I hurried up and went to Kaylin's room. "Mom's here. Let's go!" I squealed with my heart pounding. Kaylin got off the bed and ran to the spare room where the party was at. "Everyone hide! My mom is coming!" I squealed loud enough for them to hear. I pushed both Perry and Ryan in the closet. "Don't come out until it's time." I informed them. They both nodded their heads. I closed the door and hurried and hid in the huge room. "Come on honey. Let's check in here. They probably just came in here to spend sometime." I heard my dad say. I heard the door open. "1..2...3." I whispered. "Happy Birthday!" Everyone screamed jumping out from their hiding space. "Oh my!" My mom yelled covering her mouth. She started to cry. I walked over to her giving her a hug. "Mom happy birthday. We wore your favorite colors too." I said making her notice it. "Thank you baby. Thanks everyone. You kids are the best." My mom laughed pulling in Trace,Kim,Kaylin and Sid giving us all hugs. "Happy birthday honey." My dad said smiling. Mom let us go and hugged dad. The party started. I had to sneak the twins some food until it was time. Katherine,TJ,and Luke arrived. "Hey you guys." I said giving them all hugs. I left the room for a minute to go get my University of Phoenix letter. I stuck it in my back pocket and went back in the room.  "Hey did you show your mom you're mail?" Alex asked me taking a seat beside me. "No." "It'll be a surprise and congratulations on getting it back." Trace said taking a seat next to Alex. "I'll think about it." I said biting my bottom lip. "Well I'm going to go help mom get up. She's struggling with that big stomach. That thing in her is making her slow." Alex laughed getting up walking over to his pregnant mom. Trace scooted down by me and gave off a smirk. "What?" I giggled. "Nothing. When are you going to reveal the twins?" "When she opens our presents first which is about now." I said getting up and walking over to her. "Hey mom. Open your presents now won't you."I said walking her over to the present area. "Wow alot of gifts." She said smiling. "I know but for now just open up your kids present." My dad suggested. "Ok. This is frooom. Sid." She opened the small box and it was a charm bracelet with her Initials written in it. "Thanks Sid baby." She said hugging him. She opened everyone's gift until it came to the moment. "Hey Mrs. Jones. Can you get my uuh shoes that Sid left? It's in the closet?" Kim asked pointing to the closet door."Sure honey.." My mom walked over to the closet opening it. "Hey mom." Ryan said grinning ear from ear. "Hey mommy." Perry said waving. My mom looked shocked. "Oh my god. My.." She said backing up so they can come on out. "Yeah we made Lacey keep it a secret from you." Ryan said still grinning. My mom hugged them both together. "Mom you're squeezing us. We can't breathe." Perry said. Mom let them go letting them breathe. She pulled them along with her asking them stuff. "Good job Kim." I said to her. "Thanks." She said blushing letting Sid's hand go. "Hey mom I have another surprise." I said smiling at her. "Ok." She said smiling back. I walked over to the wall getting everyone's attention. "So when we were little,my Mom use to take us to this park where it had a hill at the top." I started off. "We had fun there until one day the park closed. Mom you remember that picture dad took of us at the park having fun?" I asked her. She nodded covering her mouth. "The park that he purposed to me at." She whispered holding back tears. "Well I...I would describe to you guys what the picture looked like but why tell? Why not show you guys?" I smiled and pulled down the cloth revealing what I had painted. My Mom gasped as tears rolled down her face. I continued," This is the old Avenue Park. " I pointed to the two brunette headed boys running towards Mom on the painting. "This is my twin brothers Ryan and Perry. They both were 11 ." Perry and Ryan came up to the front with me standing beside me. I looked at Trace. He was smiling and nodding for me to go on. I next pointed to this little blond head girl with glasses on her face that was running along with the twins. "This is me. I was 3 then." I next pointed to a red head girl that was rolling down the green grassed hill. "This is my oldest sister Katherine. She was 7." I said as she came up too grabbing my hand. Next  I pointed to this little boy with black hair that was hiding behind the swing set. "This is my other brother Sid. He was 5. I then pointed at then little toddler. She had on the cutest jump suit with her black hair slicked back. She was sitting in my mom's lap playing Patty Cake."This is my baby sister Kaylin. She was a baby then. Newborn actually." Kaylin walked up and grabbed Ryan's hand and then looked down at me smiling. "And this ladies and gentlemen is the lady that raised us all. This is the lady that changed us. The lady that fed us,and played with us. The same lady and person that put up with our bads and goods. This lady is the one who comfort us when we needed to be. She is the same lady that helped us succeed in life. I'm proud and honored to say that this woman, is my mother ,Silvia Rachel Jones." Everyone start clapping. When the applause subsided I continued,"Mom I painted this so if you ever loose the picture you'll have this one. The first family picture we've ever taken." I finished with a grin. My Mom opened her arms for us to come and give us a hug.
