Meanwhile, Prisma was angry that her new wand wasn't doing anything.

"What happened?" Prisma gasped. "My powers are gone already?"

"Either that, Prisma, or the wand is defective," Azurine told her. "Perhaps that little princess tricked you into handing over your wand."

"That little weasel," Prisma scowled.

Suddenly, Sofia's voice called out, "If you're going to all me names, say them to my face, Prisma." Prisma turned around and saw the Ever Realmers behind her—and she was shocked that Hugo was with them.

"How did you get your boyfriend back?" Prisma gasped. "I took away his life."

"No, you didn't—I saved his life with my amulet," Sofia revealed. "Now that we're all here, we can stop you."

"Well, you can't use the wand on me, girl," Prisma scoffed.

"Maybe not, but if this can stop the evil ex-queen of my home kingdom, there's a chance it'll stop you," Daisy glared.

"Show her, Daisy," Sofia smiled, handing her the wand.

"Thank you," Daisy smiled. Holding the wand with both hands, she bent the wand and broke it in half.

With the wand broken, all of Prisma's was destroyed. All the crystals Prisma had grown disappeared, and Prisma was back to the way she was before.

"This can't be happening," Prisma sneered.

"Prisma, I don't want to take you to the Protectors, but I will if I must," Azurine sighed. She didn't like fighting with her sister, but if Prisma refused to see reason, Azurine would have to turn her in.

"That won't happen!" Prisma glared. She ran off to escape.

Sofia lit her Enchantlet and said, "All Protectors to the Isle of Crystals!"

"We have to go after her!" Hugo declared. He hopped on Skye, and they flew after Prisma.

The other humans got on unicorns and joined Hugo in the chase. Prisma was running as fast as she could, but the humans managed to catch up with her. Prisma almost went over a cliff only for the Protectors of the Mystic Isles to appear.

"We have you now!" Sofia growled.

"This time we mean it: you will never again harm the Mystic Isles," Vega frowned. She turned to another Protector and said, "Take her away!"

Prisma's wrists were tied together as she was put inside a coach, ready to be locked up. Prisma was taken to prison right away.

"I hope she never does this again," Sofia sighed.

"Princess Sofia, we thank you and your friends for capturing the evil Crystalmaster and saving the Mystic Isles," Orion smiled.

"Especially Prince Hugo, for he made it easier for you to stop Prisma," Vega chimed in.

Hugo was surprised to hear that. "But I was only trapped inside a jewel," he declared.

"Because you nearly sacrificed your life for one of our Protectors," Vega smiled. "Sometimes to stop a villain, you also have to help a friend. It wouldn't have been any easier to stop the wicked Crystalmaster had you not done so. Your near self-sacrifice went a long way."

Hugo blushed, happy to have helped.

"Prince Hugo, for your heroic deed, we invite you to become a Protector of the Ever Realm," Orion smiled.

"Another nonmagical creature as a Protector," Skye grinned.

"You want me to be a Protector?" Hugo asked.

"Yes, we've needed more than just one Protector in the Ever Realm, and you've proven yourself to be just as worthy," Chrysta smiled.

"You see, Hugo, these Protectors protect the Mystic Isles, and we can protect our kingdoms as Protectors of the Ever Realm," Sofia told Hugo.

"Exactly," Vega smiled. She turned to Chrysta and said, "I hope you don't mind training both Sofia and Hugo together at once."

"Not at all, and when the time has come, Sofia and I will train Hugo to get his Enchantlet," Chrysta smiled.

"Yes, we will," Sofia smiled.

"I would be honored to be a Protector," Hugo smiled.

"Excellent," Orion smiled.

The humans were happy for Hugo, and they couldn't wait for this to happen. But after all that excitement, they were tried, so they decided to go back home.
