I stared out the train window as trees and buildings passed by. Music played through my earphones, and I hummed along quietly.
My boss hadn't been super impressed when I asked for the week off, but I never took holidays so he didn't protest.
To tell the truth I was beyond nervous to meet Jungkook. Sure, we'd called and Facetimed before, but that didn't compare to actually meeting in real life. I was also nervous to confess my feelings. I just hoped that Jimin was right and that Jungkook did return my feelings.
Speaking of Jimin, I unlocked my phone and went to my messages, opening the one I'd started with Jimin the other day.

For the rest of the ride, I closed my eyes and tried to take a power nap.
I was jolted awake by the train pulling into the station, and quickly stood and collected my bag before getting off. I joined the flow of people walking towards the exit and soon I was outside, breathing fresh air.
There were vendors outside, and one selling arrangements of flowers caught my eye. I walked over, looking at all the beautiful and colourful bouquets."Can I help you?" asked the girl tending the little shop. I nodded.
"Do you have anything that says, 'I'm sorry I ignored you for two weeks but I'm in love with you'?" I cracked a grin.
The girl giggled, thinking. "Let me look, I might have something." She disappeared behind a wall, and I looked around at the displays of flowers while I waited.
She came back with a pretty bunch of purple flowers. "How about these? Purple lilacs signify first love. Is that good?"
I beamed, handing her money. "They're perfect. Thank you."
There were several taxis waiting at the curb outside the station, so I quickly hailed one and was off to my destination.
The taxi pulled up in front of a simple looking house, with a small garden out front. I paid the driver and got out, taking a deep breath. Flowers in hand, I walked up to the front door and knocked. A woman answered, looking down at me confusedly. "Hello?"
"Hi, um, is Jung–" I stopped, realizing his mother probably didn't use his name. I forced myself to smile politely while saying, "Is your daughter home?"
The lady scoffed. "Hasn't been for a few days. Kicked the little tranny out. Why you looking for her?"
I blinked. Jungkook got kicked out? Where was he now, then?
"Ah, it's nothing. Do you know where...she might have gone?"
"No clue, and don't wanna know. Have a good day." She shut the door in my face, leaving me shocked on the porch.
Now what?
