The Forgotten Ones

Chapter 1

Sapphire POV

'Sapphire, get down here! You're going to be late and we just got you signed up at a new school!' I heard the woman I

call mother yell up the stairs to me. Me and my mum have always had a great relationship, but I have always known

that there are a few things that she isn't telling me. For one, why the hell do I look nothing like her? I have this weird silver

colored hair and hazel eyes, whereas she has black hair and brown eyes. Or how in the world is it that we are rich and she

has never worked a single day in her life? These are all questions that I want answered, but I love mum too much to ask

because I know if she hasn't told me yet there is a good reason behind it.

'Here I come! Just let me put on my shoes.' I screamed.

'What outfit are you wearing today?' My mum said appearing at my bedroom door.

'The one you bought me last week. The blue skinnies with the black halter top and of course my signature leather jacket

dad gave me before he died.'

'oh well in that case I think you should wear your black boots 'cause to me it seems as if you are trying to match your bike.'

'I am...' I murmured picking up my daily horoscope and read it aloud, 'Today you meet someone who will change your

perspective on life forever.' I shrugged the feeling I got when I finished reading. I mean why make a big deal they never have

come true in the past, so why would they come true now. 'Whatever... I'm leaving mum. Love you!!' I called sprinting down the

stairs and out the house.

I ran to the garage and hopped on my baby- a sort of electric blue motor bike- then put on my crash helmet. I love the speed

this gives me, don't get me wrong this is dangerous. But I have been around motor bikes to long to care anymore. But then

again, that's how we lost my dad...

When I drove into the schools parking lot about ten minutes later, I noticed that at the sound of my engine everyone had

stopped what they were doing to watch me and the fact that there was only one motor bike in the lot. And it was mine. I also

noticed that all there were not really and good looking cars there- all but one. It was a Ferrari F430 Spider and the only available

parking space just so happen to be right next to it. After just sitting on my bike with everyone watching me I finally decided to get off

and take my crash helmet off and shook out my long hair letting it fall down my back. Finally just as I was expecting, the whispers

started.

'Damn I didn't know that was a girl. She is HOT!!'

'Ugh. Great I bet we got another bitch on our hands.'

' I'm going to hit that there is no girl here who can resist me'

Here we go again. Hehehe that's one of my favorite song from Paramore...

I started to walk towards the office when I heard the most screechy, nasty voice ever. The voice just screamed slut. I bet five dollars

you if I turn around I would find a bimbo with some kind of retarded outfit on.

'Hey I'm talking to you, bitch!'

I turned around slowly. Ha. You guys owe my five bucks!! Ha im going to be rich. But lets put that to the side for now because that girl

did not just say what I think she did. I don't like when people talk to me that way. So let me tell you one major thing about myself, I don't

take crap from anybody.

'Excuse me? What did you just say to me?' I said in the most menacing voice I could manage.

'You heard me, slut. You in my parking space!' she yelled at me, trying to get in my face with her little posy following behind her. 'You

need to get your little...thing out of my way. But if you refuse to do that simple task I can always make you life a living hell. Which would

you prefer?'

'Look here Barbie. There is no way you can make my life a living hell but there is always a way I can make yours one.' I took a few steps

toward her. I could feel my eyes tingle. Weird. 'Does the name Sapphire Reina King ring a bell? If it doesn't I can always help you jog your

memory.'

Barbie gasped and took a step back. She composed her face and tried again. Geez these bimbos never learn. 'Look new girl this is my

land not yours, you just got here. Whatever you want, say, or do goes through me. Now do you understand me you little bitch?'

Now I started to hear people saying things like "Mariah should back off. She so doesn't know who she is dealing with." or "Holy crow that

is the girl on the news, how didn't we see that!!!" So I guess now you know I have a reputation as to why I always have to change school.

Let's just say its really bad behavior. If you can't seem to put the pieces together then just think what you want to think.

My eyes were really starting to bug me now but I just ignored it. 'Well I will tell you what. You tell me your name, and I will tell you if I understand

or not.'
