I, Rachael, was in my room admiring a picture of an Arctic Fox. It was so cute and majestic! Ever since I knew that Arctic Foxes existed, I wanted to see one in person. Maybe even as a pet!
"Awww! This Arctic Fox is so cute!" I said as I admired the picture.
I yawned, so I went to bed. Five hours later I was teleported to a snow biome though I got very cold so I woke up. I looked around.
"Where am I?" I questioned.
"Why, you are in a snow biome." a voice answered.
"Hello? Who are you?" I said quietly, I was scared.
"My name is..." the voice responded.
"Are you going to hurt me or do something bad to me?" I interrupted.
"No, you can trust me."
"I'm scared."
"I'll come out."
An Arctic Fox comes out of the trees.
"Hello." the Arctic Fox says.
I gasp. "You're a...a... you're an Arctic Fox!" I say excitedly.
"Yes I am."
"What's your name?" I ask.
"Athena" she says.
"I love that name!"
"Thanks! What's your name?" Athena asks me.
"Oh, my name is Rachael." I reply.
"Say, are there any more Arctic Foxes around here?" I say.
"Yes actually. Though my husband is kind of mean to humans. Last time he saw one we had to hold him back from trying to hurt them."
"Oh" I say upset.
"Well, I think he's asleep right now so if you want to come meet my pack..."
"Yes!" I clear my throat, "I mean yes I would like to meet your tribe. I'm just really exited but also scared of what you said about your husband."
"Well if he tries to harm you just know I'll be beside you."
"Thanks" I say.
She starts to walk away expecting me to follow her.
"Wait!" I yell.
"Yes?" Athena responds.
"Um if you have to protect me from your husband, does that mean you will get hurt?" I ask.
"A little bit yes." she says sadly, "but it's more important to keep you safe."
"But...bu..."
She interrupts me, "I'll be fine. Can you trust me?"
"Yes" I say.
"Well let's go."
