Hahaha really long time no update, sorry guys. I'm working on it.
P.S. my PJO knowledge is most definitely a little bit rusty but just point out any errors and I'll be sure to fix em' up.

The last time I was at school was in sixth grade. If you think about it, that was a good four years ago, which is crazy. All that's happened in a span of four years. My life should really become a book. I guess because of all that, it's about time to re-enroll in school. Unfortunately.
It's definitely gonna be different going to school and not having to worry about monsters lurking around every corner (hopefully). Even if the Oracle, or Rachel, continues to spew prophecies that are indirectly about me, I am going to live a normal life. Even if it's just for a little while.
When I brought the idea up to Chiron, he was most definitely bewildered. Grover looked at me like I was crazy, I don't really blame him. He was probably thinking something along the lines of 'is he crazy stupid? Does he want to get killed?' And I guess the answer to that is yes, I totally have a death wish. Please note the sarcasm.
I eventually did get him to get on board with idea, even if he was still unsure of the idea. It's not the idea of learning and homework that makes me want to go back to school, it's the idea of a normal life. Demigods are constantly fighting off monsters, training, and going off on quests that they'll never be able to live a normal life. That's all I want: a shot at a normal life with normal people.
So here I am, I guess. Standing in front of the towering doors of Goode High School. Again. Last time I was here, it did not go over well. But, we'll avoid that topic for how while we can.
"You ready?" My step-dad Paul asked, turning his head around to look at me.
I nodded unsurely, unbuckling my seatbelt and sliding out of the car. Paul was a teacher at Goode, so at least I got free rides with him.
Students milled around, going about their daily business, totally oblivious to my existence. Which was a good thing- attention was definitely something I didn't need.
I walked around the perimeter of the school, people watching. I probably came off as creepy if anyone saw me, but it's been a while since I've been at this school.
I must've been so preoccupied with my possibly indiscreet stalking that I didn't notice the girl right in front of me, anxiously looking through her papers.
I walked straight into her, knocking all her books and papers onto the floor.
"I am so sorry," I immediately apologized, craning my head to get a good look at her before flushing. She was really attractive.
She had long, curly blonde hair that was tucked under a red Yankees cap, stormy blue eyes, and standing at about 5'9 or something along those lines. Her eyes looked like they had a million thoughts running through them.
The only other girl I'd thought about before was obviously Rachel, but since she's become our Oracle, it definitely won't be a thing.
The girl muttered something under her breath that sounded suspiciously like "sea-weed brain" before bending down to pick up her papers.
Oh, right.
I crouched down and began grabbing papers and haphazardly placing them in a not-so near pile. She snatched the papers and stood up very abruptly.
"You should be more careful, next thing you know you'll walk straight off the edge of a cliff." The girl said, not unkindly. Her eyes looked like they were calculating the exact time and speed at which I walked into her at, but I still couldn't stop looking at them.
She cleared her throat uncomfortably, "Well, see you around." And then she was gone.
I barely uttered a word to her. I barely uttered a word to a girl I found good-looking. What in the world was I thinking? Snap out of it.
As the shrill sound of the school bell interrupted my current thought, she didn't leave my mind for the rest of the day.

A/N sorry for the HUGE delay! This chapter isn't that great but I guess it's a start.
