Reunited Light [Ongoing]

Chapter 4: Training

Michael was gone from he was earlier. He is not standing at the middle of the training area. He is behind Clint. No one saw Michael moving because he was too fast. Clint managed to dodge his attack. "He lost control of it. What are we suppose to do..."  said Gabriel. "There is nothing we can do it only a matter of time until he gain control of his own body back" said the teacher answering Gabriel question. In just a second... Evelyn got knocked out and has been thrown to the house. "Gabriel go take care of Evelyn. My teacher and I will try to stop Michael." shouted Clint. "Where is he?" said Clint while looking around the base. Clint heard a loud explosion coming from the training base. The teacher has also been thrown into the base. Michael stopped moving. Both of them is looking at each other eyes. Suddenly, Michael is in front of Clint in just a split second. Michael formed a sword at his hand. Michael was trying to slash Clint in half but then he stopped. Michael left hand stopped the right hand. "I can do it myself I don't need your help" shouted Michael. The sword in his hand is gone. The black aura that is surrounding him is still there. "Michael?" asked Clint. "Look like I gained control of it. Damn this feels weird..." said Michael. "I thought I was a goner" said Clint. "Sorry" said Michael. "Well if you want to say sorry then you should tell it to them" said Clint as Clint point at the direction of their teacher and Evelyn. "They are fine they just need to rest for awhile and not move. You don't need to worry about it." said Gabriel carrying Evelyn. "How about the base it got completely crushed..." asked Michael. "I think I will hire someone to fix it. It not that big of a damage anyway should be quick." answered Clint. "How about your light power? It still activated maybe you want to try something" asked Clint. "Well I guess I can..." said Michael. Michael then formed a sword out of nowhere. He grabbed the sword and try to swing it. "Clint wanna try to fight?" asked Michael. Clint nodded. When Clint moved something seems different in Michael's perspective. He can see every small movement made by Clint. When Clint tried to attack Michael, Michael dodged it incredibly fast. They have been fighting for 20 minutes. The whole time Michael was on defense dodging every attack from Clint. Michael then went for Clint. When Clint try to block him he dodge it without any problem. A normal human would have had a problem because of Clint's special blocking technique. Now of course Michael didn't killed Clint since it just a training battle but if it were to be a real battle then Clint would have lose. "Good fight" said Clint while smiling. Ever since that day Michael can fully control the light power. However he wasn't capable of using the light power fully. But after 1 month of training he gained control of it. His maximum light level during training is 400. In a real battle, he might achieve 600 to 700 depending on what memory he remember to activate it. 

1 Month Later

Michael woke up early. He went to the kitchen and cook something for Clint,Evelyn,Gabriel and himself. Gabriel then came in when the food has been served. Michael look at Gabriel face. He seems rather happy. "You seems happy did anything happen?" asked Michael while washing the dishes from last night. "We are getting our first mission Michael." said Gabriel happily. "Don't be too happy you can be the first to die" said Evelyn while smiling. "I won't let that happen. I promised myself to not let anyone in my team die ever again." said Michael. After breakfast everyone was doing their own stuff while waiting for Clint to call them. After awhile Clint finally called them to the meeting room. "Alright after 1 month of training it finally time for your first mission. Destroying the corrupt government and getting the revival stone from them is your main objective. The first government you will destroy is City Of Alusia. Alusia has been a government that has never gain any territory ever since it was created. Which is why they want to resurrect a prince that died so that they could use the prince and know where the territory they are going for weak spot. The identity and the territory they are going for is unknown but that is not important. Your mission is to assassinate the King and get the revival stone. There is a hidden basement in the castle that lead outside the city. I want you guys to go through there and try to finish your objective without killing anyone but the king. If you don't have a choice but to kill then there is not much I can say" said Clint. "I won't be joining you guys. You guys will have to do mission by yourself. Good luck" added Clint. All of them nodded. "What do you think about the mission Evelyn?" asked Michael. "Well the planning is not bad but to think that we will start with City of Alusia is quite surprising" answered Evelyn. "Well whether you like it or not it our responsibility to carry out the mission" said Gabriel. "Alright everyone we will do the plan that Clint told us to do. Avoid killing except killing the king. Find the revival stone and get out of there. This mission is a race. If we were to be late then the revival stone would be used already. So the faster we can get the revival stone the better. Just rest for today so that you have energy for tomorrow." said Michael. "Alright" said Evelyn and Gabriel. It has been a long time since Michael felt this. The feeling he get when he first join a team. The feeling of new adventure and going through obstacles that he will meet. But this time he is ready to face anything.
