Chapter 6

Wait! Jessica found Dylan?!

"Y-you found Dylan? Where is he?" I ask and ask Jessica, I couldn't wait to meet Dylan.

"Woah sis. Hold your horses. Dylan is one of the riches and popular guy in this neighborhood." Jessica said as she held my hand. "Oh I can't believe his your internet bf. There's this party tomorrow night and I want you to-"

"Beep beep..." My phone had a text. Jessica was cut and I look at my phone first. When I check my phone Bryan sent me a text message.

Bryan: Hey Mel! We have a catering business in this party tomorrow night and I need you to help me. This could be your first day of job ;) I'll send you the address.

Bryan send me another text message and it was the address of the place that I'm going to.

'A party? Maybe Dylan might be in the same party. I can't wait to meet him there.'

"Hello?! Earth to Melody! Are you listening?!!" Jessica shook me by my shoulder. I look at her and remove her hands on my shoulder. "What? What is it?" I ask.

"Well if you would just let me finish. I was about to say that tomorrow night there will be a big party and your Dylan will come there." She said as she race her left eye brow.

"Party? Tomorrow night? Where?" I ask Jessica. I can't be in a two different part in one night.

Then Jessica told me the address of the party, it was the same address that Bryan sent me.

'Thank goodness' I thought to myself.

"That's great Jessica. I'll be also in that party, but I'll be with my boss in a catering business. I think it's going to be my first day of job." I said to Jessica.

"What?! No way Melody. Do you want Dylan to see you in your cooking uniform? I think it's best to come with me in the party. With me a popular girl on your side there's no way Dylan would never notice you. And I'm going to let you borrow one of my dress." Jessica really wants me to go with her, but why?

"Jessica you don't mind me asking why you want me to come with you? And why are you being nice all of a sudden?" I ask her. Jessica giggles and place her arms around my shoulder. "Oh Sis. You're my haft sister of course I'll be nice to you. And a girl like you got a boyfriend like Dylan must be a really cool girl." She said. I rolled my eyes and crosses my arms.

'Wow. I'm guessing she just want to use me to be close to Dylan.'

"So are you coming with me or what?" Jessica ask.

"Um... I can't Jessica. I have a job and it's my first day of my job. I don't want to skip my job." I explain to her, but her face shows that she's pissed off about it.

"Fine do whatever you want!" Jessica stormed out of my room and shut the door really loud.

Jessica seems really pissed don't want to go anywhere near her. This has been a very long day for me and I could really use a bath. I went to the bathroom and took a warm bath. It was so relaxing and I hope I could stay relax like this forever.

After an hour and a haft I finish my bath. I change into my PJs and open my laptop, and try to go online to have a video chat with my mom and friends. Of course I would video chat my mom first. My mom was online so I called her. I told her that I meet a friend in the plane and I also found a job here in London. Talking to my mom was really fun sharing stories and laughing with her. After a couple of hours mom and I finally finish talking.

"I love you sweetie. Just call me anytime okay." My mom said goodbye to me and I said goodbye back.

She went off line, and just before she got offline Sam was online. I send a message to Sam.

Melody: Hey Sammy :) Is Rachel with you?

Sam: Yeah she's with me. You want to video chat? :)

Melody: Sure!

"Bring... Bring..." I accept the video call.

"Hi guys" Hi greeted them as I wave on the camera.

"Hey Mel!"

"How are you girl?"

Sam and Rachel greeted me back, and a few minutes and told them what happen the whole day. I told them about Olive. Olive was such a pretty, and cool girl.

"Wow this Olive girl sounds really nice." Rachel said. I continue telling them what happen all day. I also told them that I found a new job, and I got a sweeties boss ever. I told them all about Bryan and how he looks like. "That's really nice of your boss to hire you. He seems like a cool guy." Sam said. We all enjoy each other's company, and I also ask them about their day. Well let's just say that their day was all about them spending time together. Lastly I told them that I tried to look for Dylan and Jessica wants me to go with her at the party.

"What? That pig girl wants you to go with her at the party? She's just using you Mel. Just go with your boss." Rachel said. She really hate Jessica , because back when we were kids Jessica always bully me and humiliate me every time they visit mom and me in New York.

"I guess you're right. And beside it is my first day of my job so I should go with my boss to the party." I replied. "That's a good decision." Sam said.

3 hours later...

"It's getting late we should go to sleep now guys." I said and gave them both a kiss good bye through the video.

"Okay girl. Good night!" Rachel said.

"Take care Mel." Sam added. They both wave goodbye to me.

I turn off my laptop and close the lid of my laptop. I lay down on my and close my eyes.

Tomorrow night I'll finally meet Dylan in person. I wonder how will he react when he see me for the very first time.
